No Buzzing at all
I have used them for my Business LinkedIn and show them Business LinkedIn account to take inspiration from.
They do their own way, copy paste from my website and post. I didn't get a single comments/like on LinkedIn on all their 3 month post (( understand why!( Post were poor with no engagement, it was more like an add.
After complaining for weeks they realized they can't deliver what I have asked for so i have requested a partial refund. After more 2 month of emails I have got a refund of the month paid in advance where they were no work done...Amateur, AVOID.

No benefits from there services.
I do not recommend, there services did not help my social media gain any followers at all, and did not help my business, it was a waste of money.
The service quality was bad and they kept forgetting to post things and i had to keep reminding them and nagging them.
The service i got was nowhere near what they promised i ll get.
Even though it was them who contacted me at first saying they believe they could help me grow bla bla bla and kept nagging, then there was no results and no benefits at all, just stealing your money.
Even when i spoke to the manager to complain i felt that she didn’t really care, she was busy doing some other work i could hear her typing on the computer’s keyboard while only answering me with yeeeah ooh yeaah, which is very unprofessional, then tried to blame be somehow.
Overall it was a bad experience, and i do not recommend.

Frustratingly bad experience.
Paid for something for a page to be created however have no access to page, frustrating time wasting for 2 weeks, does not read messages or respond until complaints are raised, not a good company steer clear of this company unless you have plenty of time and money to waste as something is not right with them, bad experience overall, in addition my work I asked them to do is for charitable purposes therefore even more frustrating, was happy to call and talk to me very first initially before order was placed.

Hi Rohit, thank you for your message and I am sorry to hear you feel this way. After our initial call you went ahead and purchased a Facebook page creation from us. The pages was created within 48 hours and People Per Hour have confirmed this. We then asked you for your Facebook URL so we could add you to the page and you didn't provide this, instead providing a link to facebook.com and not your personal page. We had another call and I personally went through this with you. You then confirmed you were happy and paid for the work and sent over your personal URL. We added you to the page within 24 hours and have sent you instructions on how to access this page. This has escalated and I am not sure why, as we spoke only a few days ago and everything you have asked for has been provided. I have tried to call you today and have offered you a full refund, hopefully you will accept this as a gesture of goodwill from us. Thanks Debs

We have been working with Social Buzzing for just over a month and have noticed an increase of interest on our social platforms. Their posts/imagery meet the needs of our current audience.
The Team replies to us swiftly when we ask questions or have ideas that we share with them. We appreciate the update emails that keep us informing about when they will be positing and what they wish to achieve through their posts or about the outcome of their posts for the week.
