First time ordering from here and it will be my last. Apparently my order was ready 3 days ago but still not arrived. Two unanswered emails asking when it will be dispatched. I had to order elsewhere as I couldn't wait no more, this order arrived in two days. There really is no excuse for the poor customer service and no excuse for deliveries as other companies are having no problem. I do not recommend this company at all

Worst thing I did was place an order to get my money held with the company other false hope of delivery and still not got anything !!!

I haven’t had my order. I can’t call so have emailed 3 times now and keep getting a random message saying part of my order is waiting for me?? Waiting where? I’ve paid for delivery yet there is t a tracking number available. I understand delays but your lack of communication is not acceptable. This is the first time I have ordered from you and unless I get a valid response tomorrow I will not be using you again.

I purchased an order 8 days ago and still have not received it.

I’ve called to chase the order but cannot get through to anyone due to COVID19. I’ve emailed info email, and received there automated email:

STILL NO REPLY! Therefore I cannot get through to anyone to help me. Therefore I can honestly say I am extremely disappointed in the customer service.

This has happened before but it has never taken this long to resolve the matter, but this time I’m taken aback that I’ve heard nothing.

I have ordered from Soap Suppliers before and have been happy with the products and service.

Ordered a Bath Bomb kit amd it arrived well packaged and in easy access bags. Could do with some printed instructions.
Postage was meant to be 24 hour but turned out to be more like 3 days. Maybe current gobal situation had somethinh to do with that.
Overall, one satisfied customer.

This was my first order and considering the strange times we are in the service i received was excellent and quick.

The candle making kit was not as easy to use. Instructions to be downloaded and not as clear and concise as could have been. Candle making appears to be all about experiment

You should improve your way to pack your orders. My purchase was heavy and the you didn't put any protection inside and the box was light and in a very poor quality. It arrived broken and some items missing during the transportation. It is not the first time I complain because I received the goods damaged. It is not Forwarding Company fault but yours ..... I wrote and hope you can refund me for this missing and broken goods...
