Recieved my order this morning had to wait a while for it to arrive but I’m sure that was due to problems beyond anyone’s control. The fragrances are beautiful. I’m looking forwards to using them in my soap

Received all in good time items look good

Broken bottles, emailed three times - no reply

Not only did the product arrive later than advertised even with the corona delays. I had to chase it for dispatch and when it did arrive. The 2 main chemicals to form the bath bombs were missing so it's not even usable. This is more of a failure by the company and warehouse team than the product.

Placed on my order on 20/05 and was finally delivered on 30/05 but was missing items from the order I contacted them on 31/05 to inform them that items were missing. They replied on 03/06 asking for a copy of the invoice and I've heard nothing from them since about my missing items. I've had to contact paypal to get my money back as they are no longer replying to e-mails. I will not be buying from these again and have already found another company to get my products from.

Another update.
My wife finally received her order but guess what? it contained wrong items and damaged items.

Contacted the so called customer service about this 48 hours ago, but guess what? that's right, no reply.

Trading standards time I think. This company takes your money, takes forever to fulfill an order and when you get it, its wrong and/or damaged. When you contact them, they just ignore you, this has to be a breach in regulations surely?

Missing items
I cannot review properely as there were items missing from the Bath Bomb starter pack so have not been able to use them.

Ordered 8 days ago paying £8 for fast delivery and still not arrived. wasted money!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, says delivered but not received. Ignoring emails now and phone rings out. I understand it’s a pandemic however for it to say delivered and it’s not is not okay.

Very slow delivery. Products great

Very disappointed as it is now 15 day since we placed an order and we have tried to get an update but no reply and the tracking details with DPD gives you no details, Soap Suppliers delivery is normally so quick and efficient but this time we are left waiting and wondering ???

Deliveries are slow. When you do get deliveries they are either wrong or damaged so badly that they are no useable. Customer service are slow to respond. It’s caused me many problems with my business.

Still not received my order. It was placed on 25/5 and no way of tracking it. Can't phone to check as just an email service. I understand times are different due to virus but this is a long time compared to other companies I use.

I was genuinely excited when my order arrived and would have given it the full 5 stars but when I emptied my order a bag had split on its way to me which was disappointing.

Sixteen days later no communication and not delivered

Ordered a week ago and despite many emails and even messaging on fb, no reply at all. I keep getting the automated email asking me to buy but what's the point if your goods do not arrive and you dont get a response to any form of contact. Will not be buying from this company again and will be putting in a dispute for my payment Monday
