Very good price
Been with so energy a couple of months now I find them very customer friendly and if the find you don’t use as much as first stated they will reduce it strait away
they do the meter readings which is so good also on export as well now and they take the readings very happy so far

Messed up our switch
Messed up our switch by somehow changing the supplier address and electric meter, but getting it correct for our gas. This has resulted in us not getting the dual tariff we signed up for but still paying a direct debit for a dual tariff. A month later and their customer service team still hasn't resolved the issue and just keeps saying the resolution team will be in touch. Mickey mouse operation do not use!

Link not easy to find
The 2 two words for renewal were in a smaller font and lighter colour and it took a friend to help me find it and then navigate to renew. Phoning is not an option as it is just so anxiety inducing and so long to do I usually either have to end the call or just say yes to everything so it will end.

Waiting will make you regret.
I have been thinking and waiting long time to decide for Solaris and I retreat that I wasted so much time. Choosing SO energy was not my 1st choice but after research and information gathering I fount it to be the best choice available on the market, even thou that their price was slightly higher than others but it was still worth it especially that I chose bigger and higher quality battery and solar panels. Planning, organising and installation is well planned, we had some small challenges on the way but nothing that installers could not resolve quickly and effectively. SO solar calculation were slightly low and yet after 2.5 month I am more than happy of the actual generation of the energy and efficiency of the panels and battery I am 99% self-sufficient and even during rainy or cloudy days energy generation is enough to power my home. Also 20p per kWh is steady and really great offer hardly available on the energy purchase market.

I’m not impressed by the failure to receive a set of registration documents I was promise when I. Spoke to a your operate. However agent Caroline came to my rescue sorted everything out, sent a net reg by email and sending a cost by post. All is well now (I hope) thanks to Caroline.
