Absolutely terrible. They gave a date for updates& delivery ,delivery never happened. Continued to email them no response
Money has gone out of my bank no goods . Strange because on speaking to someone else about this company the same happened to them get correspondence until 28 days then you hear nothing

Ordered in January, still nothing. Communication is dreadful, all I ever get is a repeated email that tracking information will be available soon. Asked for a refund, nothing. No shirt, ordered as a present for brother, no tracking information, no refund. Just a load of BS about postage delays, sickness, and a million other excuses.

Absolutely rubbish. If I could click zero stars I would have.
Ordered in July 2025. Now March 2026 and still no shirt, or refund.
Communication from them has been very poor. Every email correspondence has come with me making the first contact.
I must have sent 20 emails in 8 months and had about 4-5 responses. With another few automatic replies that are as good as useless. Even their actual responses were rubbish and confirmed nothing. No telephone number on offer that could see anywhere either.
I asked several times for either the shirt I ordered or a refund, and have given them a few months to sort out this ridiculous situation before resulting in me leaving this negative review out of sheer revolt in their lack of providing me with anything.
This is such a shame as the shirts actually look really good. But 8 months in and £42 out of pocket is just terrible service. Whatever the excuse is.
If you can’t make or locate the shirt (not sure how your shirts are sourced), then just a refund would have been acceptable, even though a last resort.
But I’ve had nothing at all.
I’ve never left a negative review for anyone before.
So SM Retro, this review is all your own doing.
To anyone thinking of buying from these guys I wouldn’t waste your money, and eventual time in chasing it up.

After ordering my shirt in May 2025 still no sign of it, had a few we're dealing with it emails. No tracking has ever worked after several numbers sent, again not heard anything in months was offered a 10% discount some point last year for delay. Doubt I'll ever receive this now as nearly a year. Total SCAM!! AVOID at all costs!!

Absolute sham, ordered over a month ago & nothing arrived, emailed them but no reply, get referred to a Thai tracking site that you can’t understand or translate, will be contacting bank to see my options.

Still waiting for item ordered in November 2025. Customer service poor, not heard from site. Asked for refund but very hopeful of receiving one.

Delivery took a few weeks but the shirt quality is fantastic.

Very happy with Derby County shirt and it arrived within the allocated timeframe.

Excellent quality reproduction. Note delivery time on shipping page so you are aware it takes a few weeks. Totally worth it.

My item arrived 9 months after ordering, no apologies from SM, if your item hasn't arrived keep sending them emails.

I am now into month 7 with no item having arrived. Similar issue as others with them not getting in contact when I have sent various emails regarding a refund. Sent a link about tracking which doesn't work and seemingly no way to resolve the matter. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic West Ham shirt with great embroidery. The quality is superb and cannot complain about the level of service.

I placed an order in early October, a birthday present from my husband. Tracking number provided doesn't load. I have emailed 3 times for update with nil response and still haven't received my order.
This company appears to be fraudulent.

No shirt arrived. They answered the first few emails promising to sort it out, but nothing ever happened. Still no shirt. Now they ignore my emails. I have no other option but to warn people that they will just take your money. If they had sent me my shirt, I was going to order more. There is a virtually identical website out there with a different name, which is also a bit of a warning that this is a scam.

I placed an order for a retro shirt on the 6th of August 2025 as a present for my Dad. It is now the 1st of March 2026 and I still have not received it. I constantly send emails asking for either a refund or the shirt and I am told that it’s on the way. I have been completely left in the dark it’s an absolute joke. Would not recommend

SMRetro have just contacted Trust Pilot as they believe my statements below are defamatory.

‘Now nearly 5 months in and still no goods, no refund and no response.

They’re thieves. Please do not be conned by this company’

They’re only defamatory if they’re untrue so I look forward to the next step in the process

When the shirt finally arrived, a portion of the stitched badge was missing like the machine had stopped half way through. The item was still sent like it which isn’t an issue if the problem can be fixed. After several emails over the course of the last week which haven’t been replied to I’ve given up trying so will now leave the review.

Please do not use this website.
I bought my dad a top last JUNE!!! For Father’s Day.
I have been battling for a refund to which they have ignored and every now and again I have “there is an updated note, this issue has now been resolved”.

It’s never resolved. I just want my money back.
