Do not use this company! It is 100% a scam company. After ordering an item in June 2025, I have still not received this order. After back and forth communication, which never came to any clear conclusion from the company, I decided to contact my bank. They looked into the company and confirmed it is a scam company. My bank then refunded me the money. Protect your money and do not use this company!!

I placed an order on the 19th of October 2025 for an England retro jersey and paid for it immediately. It was supposed to be a present for my son for Christmas 2025 as he likes England.
But till date there has been no reply , and it has strained my patience to the limit as there’s no reply to my emails and no update of when the jersey would be delivered. Till date it’s been almost 3 months since the order was made.
This company is a scam. They take your money but have no answer to your queries to your questions. It’s such a shame with a good website but a horrible attitude. I strongly urge people not to fall for their scams and buy elsewhere. Thankfully I only lost 39.99 gbp.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience by SMRETRO. I placed an order back in September, and after numerous attempts to reach out via email, I have received absolutely no response. It's infuriating not knowing when my order will arrive.

The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. It feels like I’ve been completely ignored, and it’s clear this company has no regard for their customers.

I strongly caution anyone thinking about ordering from SMRETRO. My experience has been a nightmare, and I wish I had done more research before placing my order. Save yourself the hassle look elsewhere.

I can see from past reviews that the same excuses are given out in regards to a bogus tracking numbers given out.

I had asked 3 questions for it to be answered
1. Where is my order
2. When will I get my order
3. Why was there such a delay

But lo and behold I have still yet to receive the answers and still yet to receive a working tracking number.

The amount of emails I have sent and to receive 13 automated responses is extremely baffling.

Do not use buy from SMRETRO as it seems like a scam

I bought a shirt from SM Retro in April 2025. It didn't arrive and I didn't get the refund I'd asked for. They told me there were problems with everything else like the Thai postal system, staff sickness etc and that I should just wait - I would get my goods. Numerous other emails I sent were automtically acknowledged then ignored. I then sent a review like this on Trustpilot in October 2025 and magically they got in contact. Take down your review or we can't help you. Your goods will be sent. I took down my review, Well it's January 2026 now, still no goods and still lots of emails ignored even though I always get an automatic response saying they got my mail. £40 down the drain. I'll take this review down as soon as I either receive my order from April last year (9 months ago), or a refund. I don't really feel scammed - just ignored or forgotten. Hardly a reputable company to deal with.

Based on my own dealings with this company, I would personally advise against making a purchase.
I placed an order for a retro shirt on 01/09/25 and to this day have still not received it.
I’ve tried to contact the company on 2 different emails multiple times..around 15 different emails sent to them over the 5 month period, at first they replied and said there was a tracking issue, the tracking they gave me wasn't recognised from the start and continues to still not be recognised from September 2025, always the same excuse with these cowboys tracking issues, once I requested a full refund, the communication stopped completely.
Now at this point I’ve accepted that I’m unlikely to see the shirt or my money again.
My experience dealing with SM Retro was an experience i wont repeat and hope others read this and follow suit, I dont want anyone else to deal with this joke outfit of scammers.
BEWARE..STAY AWAY from this Thailand scam.

I see SM Retro have the time and motivation to contact Trust Pilot to complain about my 100% truthful review..but couldnt find that same motivation and time to reply to my emails about my shirt or refund.

Really nice replica of the 1983 FA cup final shirt. Decent quality, fits nicely. Worth the delivery wait.

A top quality product. Delivery was a little slow due to unexpected delay, but good comms from seller throughout the process. Shirt was well packaged. Delighted when I got it. Top seller.

Scam. Take your money give you the run around. No one gets back to you.

Quality of the product is second to none. The best on the market. Just be patient on delivery.

Based on my own dealings with this company, I would personally advise against making a purchase.

I placed an order for a retro shirt on 23/08/25 and, to this day, have still not received it.

I’ve contacted the company multiple times over the past few months. At first, they replied and said there was a tracking issue. However, once I requested a full refund, the communication stopped entirely.

The order cost me £40.99, and at this point I’ve accepted that I’m unlikely to see the product or my money again.

I’m sharing this so others don’t end up in the same situation.

In my experience, purchasing from SM Retro carries a risk, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I have.

Happy with product correspondence was a bit sparce but pleased with outcome..

Ordered a man united 72-74 3rd kit, this was the only company I could find it on.
I ordered it December 2023, 2 years ago (when they were DM retro I think), still no shirt or refund, over 40 emails sent/recieved, excuse after excuse, several tracking numbers that could never be found, absolute scammers, avoid, avoid, avoid.

Terrible company. I ordered four shirts, but only received two. It's been seven months (!!!) now since my order, and they've kept on asking me to be patient since the summer. During the autumn they have given me numerous links to shipping info for the two missing shirts - which never update by the way. And then they put the blame on Thai post as forwarder.

I've asked for a refund for the two missing shirts, but no response. They owe me close to 90 GBP.

They've now also stopped sending false tracking info. They've just shut me down by not answering any of my e-mails at all. And they've kept my money - of course. So there you go; Pure scam.

My advice; Stay away from this company since they're not to be trusted.

To be honest about my star rating I would give RM Retro zero stars! Perhaps an option for Trustpilot to consider?
Utterly hopeless, quick to take your cash, but not to deliver the goods. I bought my top to donate to a charity auction on 16/10 and as of 28/12 I've not received the shirt. Hopeless!
I've emailed them and only received automated replies. So, very poor customer care. Other reviews are similar, so maybe it's time SM Retro gave honest time lines of delivery before taking your cash.
I doubt, I'll ever see the shirt or the cash.
Steer clear of them, look for another supplier!

I ordered a shirt in the middle of October. I haven’t received it or had any response from the customer services team. I knew it may take awhile but come on!!

Avoid SM Retro if you don't want to lose your money.
I have now been waiting 200 days since I placed my order. In that time, the estimated tracking date has come and gone with no tracking update. I contacted the company and was fed some excuses blaming Thai Post and customs and then given a second estimated tracking date, and guess what, the tracking information didn't appear. After contacting the company again, I was given more excuses and then a third tracking date, and you can guess the rest, no update, Thai Post & customs excuses, blah blah blah! And within the last few days, the fourth tracking date…and nothing yet again. I knew I was taking a chance when ordering a shirt after reading all of the Trustpilot reviews, it didn't work out for me. I can only assume that all of the 5 star reviews are fake because there is a section on the FAQs section of SM Retro's website saying "should I be concerned by some of the negative reviews?" and the reply begins with "most happy customers simply don't think to leave a review".
There are so many 1 star reviews now and they all have the same theme, you pay your money and never receive your shirt.
So, if you are thinking of ordering from this company, read the 1 star reviews first and then think again, carefully. Good luck!
I will alter or delete this review in the future if by some miracle, I eventually receive my shirt, but I won't be holding my breath. Lesson learnt…..

UPDATE:

Over 8 months now since I placed my order and still no shirt.
6 tracking dates have come and gone with no tracking information becoming available. More excuses about Thai post and staff sickness causing delays, which apparently have been resolved, well they clearly haven't. My emails are also being ignored now, like everybody else's it would seem.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMING THIEVES!!

Wish I'd read reviews before placing an order. Not made clear on website that product is coming from Thailand & that 3 month delivery is normal.....if you actually get something!
I ordered in September, email stated mid November tracking would appear, then 7 - 10 days for actual delivery. No tracking available, no delivery & no response to email requests for updates.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

An update on my previous review.
As soon as I left the previous review on here I received an email with an excuse and asking me to remove my review and they would refund me also with a new tracking number saying it would be trackable from the 28th November on the Royal Mail site this came and past shock wasn’t trackable. I emailed them again to receive another date of the 20th of December. I will check after that but I have no hope in that tracking working either.
This company is full of excuses about not getting the remaining two shirts.
I have emailed again for a refund now as I am past all the excuses on the delays, and guess what no response to that email either.
I was looking forward to receiving the other two shirts because as I said in the original review it was a shame because they were really good quality shirts. The customer service is what is letting this company down massively
