Smokingcats Anmeldelser

I have used Smoking Cats about 6 times now. Smoking Cats has been the best online site to order pipes from. Smoking Cats ships fast, very low prices and, quality products. Excellent!!

So this was my first time ordering from them. I usually get the majority of my orders like this one at Amazon. They really don't have super fast prime delivery for any of this stuff that, so I searched online because I literally live in the portal of hell in the middle of nowhere so even if I was to go "into town", can't find this stuff 100 miles from here. So I ordered my stuff Thursday before last. I did not pay for expedited shipping. My arrival date was for Saturday & when my package didn't arrive that evening, I was bummed! Only cause i knew it would-be here Monday or later and that's like eternity. Monday came, woo-hoo!! And my stuff was all intact just well packaged and just what i ordered. This place is pretty legit and if you want something durable and wont arrive cracked, SmokingCats is where it's at! Would gave a 5 star but talk about long weekend blues...

Awesome customer service , just placed my order last night and already got a email saying my order was on its way super fast service A++++++
Will be doing more business with smokingcats

Just love this place! Their prices are great and extremely fast delivery. Will order again.

ordered 5 items on May 13th and i received a email detailing my purchase including a tracking number. 5 days later i received a alert on my phone saying this package was delivered but no packages ever showed up. I talk with management at my apartments and went over the surveillance footage at the mailroom and didn’t see the postal worker deliver any type of packages that day. I got a bit confused about the matter so i went to the usps website to see the tracking history on the item and it finally made sense. The tracking number i received was either fake or mixed up with an old ordered from someone else because the item they supposedly sent said it was delivered on April 30th which don’t make any sense cause i made this purchase two weeks later. I’ve tried contacting them over n over by email and phone text messages but they simply just refuse to help. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS M. Be aware buyers

Great product fast shipping what else could you ask for ty smoking cats

I place my order. It took 3 weeks for it to even be shipped. When I got it, they sent me the wrong thing. I had to pay more for for the color I wanted and did not even receive the right thing. Wasted alot of time and money. Do not recommend.

Excellent on line service, always discreet and prompt.

Decent products however Customer service literally does not exist at this company. I have ordered two separate times now. My First order they canceled 80% of it after I paid the without any option to choose a different product or cancel entire order. I ended up paying more for shipping than the only product they actually sent me. And to top it all off it wasn’t even the same product shown on their site. I emailed customer service and still have never gotten a response. Decided to give them a second chance recently because everybody deserves a second chance right? 1 of the 3 glass pieces shows up shattered in 2 pieces however everything was nicely bubble wrapped and the box containing the order was in pristine condition. Common sense and basic understanding of physics leads me to believe that it was wrapped and put in the box broken. Again I emailed “customer service” about the issue and Still have never gotten a response from either attempt and they don’t answer the phone

It was my first time ordering. The products I purchased were exactly what the site showed and described! Great quality of the glass, the products were packaged perfectly and discreet! Not one crack, break or bump on anything! Thank you for such great service! The hubby loves everything and we will definitely be purchasing again!

Fast discreet shipping! Great quality!

My first transaction with smoking cats was a pleasure. The material was received in a timely fashion and as described. I am sure future dealings will take place. They offer a very thorough catalog, fair prices and speedy delivery.

Happy with my orders, fast shipping, nothing came broken, i would highly recommend this site. A++++

I had received my oil burner. The bowl part of oil burner broke right after I unpacked it the glass was so thin I just barely touched it and broke. The stem is very durable. It must have been a defective oil burner.

I ordered some products from SmokingCats around Christmas time. I was expecting my package to be late because of the holidays, but I even got it a day earlier than i was quoted! Awesome service!

Fast, only way to describe these guys, first time trying these guys out and they don't fail, I'm already putting my next order, you should too. And I live on maui
