I don’t shop anywhere else for glass

Fast shipping and well packaged. If something is broken during shipping. Don’t hesitate to write them an email.

"These people know what I have purchased from them and they also know that all the attachments are 14 mm they also know that all I've ordered is 14 mm, so please tell me why these last two are so much smaller than the 14 mm, if it's really a 14 mm?
I have the receipts."
*Please view all of SmokingCats edits/revisions. Remember , they can't show me a picture of their own merchandise as an example , because all they have are stock photos. Thank you.

"Customer feedback for the online head shop Smoking Cats (smokingcats.com) highlights highly polarizing service, with recent customer reviews averaging just 2.4 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot." Google Gemini - 7/11/2026

Owner does not listen.

So I went to SIMPLE GLASS PIPE shop that had some pink ones. After I bought them, they messaged me saying they weren't able to ship them out, so I said okay.
Then I decided to check SmokingCats, and they showed them in stock too. I tried to buy them, but they also, cancelled without notifying me.

Since those were what I needed, I decided to buy the plain ones like I already had before from SmokingCats. I knew it was a 14mm, so that is what I ordered.

What I received, however, was a 10mm size. There were no apologies. It was like calling me a liar and saying I don't know how to measure, which is quite embarrassing. I even sent them a photo where they could clearly see there is no way it was past 11mm, or even 12mm at most—counting the outside of the lip, the inside of the lip, whatever you want to count, it was absolutely not 14mm.

*7/9/26 I have purchased the bubbler (14mm) and 2 orders of 14mm replacement bowls from SmokingCats. The latter was 10mm as shown in photos to them (SimpleCats). SimpleGlassPipe and SmokingCats are the same business and mix correspondence often. 10mm does not swell above the adapter.
15 yrs experience? Of course, they just didn't fit. Now I've had to buy a piece of a hookah silicone ring to put inside to try to force it to fit. The whole time, the owner could have just said, "Send those back, I will send you a new set. I'm sorry this happened." After the second reply, he said I could send them back at my expense. Again, people, we are talking about $8.00 here. It would cost me that to return. Never again.
In conclusion, all the glass items in my possession were acquired from SmokingCats, a drop-shipment company that lacks awareness of the inventory available on their websites, or the products they dispatch to customers.
NO THREATENING MESSAGES, except that I will continue to expose their ignorance. This company is so inept that they literally sent me a picture showing me a competitor's piece of glass with an inches ruler and asked me to do the same thing and of course I did. Now my question is why didn't you send a picture of your own merchandise? You can say all you want about me knowing about measurements or math, but I can tell you one thing I know for sure. I bought everything from you it was 14 mm The replacements were 14 mm the last set of replacements you sent me were 10 mm it's easy to see that they don't fit and they fall into it. Pay attention to this company's behavior, there's a lot to learn. I have reviewed my transaction history and can confirm that all of my previous glass purchases—including the 14 mm bubbler and two subsequent orders for replacement bowls—were made through your company. Despite this, the most recent set of adapters I received are 10 mm and do not fit my 14 mm equipment.

The photos I provided clearly demonstrate that the pieces do not exceed 11 mm or 12 mm at most, yet you continue to insist they are 14 mm or even 18 mm. It is frustrating to have 15 years of experience flaunted and to be told I do not know how to measure, especially when I have provided photographic evidence using the very ruler method you requested. The measurement is 12.7 mm at the widest point. The digital caliper shows 0.50 inches, which converts to 12.7 mm.

I am not interested in paying for return shipping on an $8.00 item that was sent incorrectly. As a customer who has spent over $100 with you, I expected a simple correction for this error rather than public mockery and a refusal to acknowledge your inventory records. Since you have declined to send the correct 14 mm replacements, I will continue to share my experience and these photos across all review platforms to ensure other customers are aware of your service standards.

I placed 2 separate orders and never received either one. After contacting them and waiting forever for them to respond they denied taking my money. I had to go through my bank and file a complaint and have them recover my money since smokingcats.com wouldn't even respond or refund my money. Crooks

This place is always top notch. I’ve been ordering from them for several years and if haven’t had an issue with their pricing, quality or selection. I’ll keep using Smoking Cats till I take my last puff.

Perfect selection of products. With each (the ones I've purchased anyway) have ALL been very great quality.

This is my 3rd order with them and I haven't been dissapointed yet. In fact, it's the opposite.. I've been extremely surprised!

The prices are very affordable. the service was awesome they answered me within minutes. I got points immediately and used them right away. free shipping with tracking. Ways to earn free items. whats not to love? I've used similar places but Smoking Cats is by far the best & my favorite part are the cat pics thats what made me try them to begin with!

I chose to have my first piece shipped priority USPS, And even though it was packaged very well and had fragile stickers all over the box, it was delivered broken. However, after sending pictures and explaining the situation to the seller, he replied literally within the hour explaining he would reship the item and by the end of that day I had The tracking information for the new shipment, this time sending the product through UPS. Package arrived today in excellent condition. Communication, quality of product... Both are superb and set the bar when it comes to salesmanship.

No complaints here. Professional business for sure always comes in the same packaging nice and neat seller knows what he's doing then we'll have my repeat business for sure thank you.

A friend of mine purchased a bong from SmokingCats (the adorable pink one covered with flowers) and the moment i laid eyes on it, i fell in love but i thought it would be way too expensive for me. when she told me she only paid $30 for it and had received a $10 off discount as a new member first time reward, i immediately came to the website and bought myself something. can’t wait to get it in the mail, i’m so excited!!!

Great products.

At first I was skeptical because of how keep the prices were but three orders with them and absolutely zero problems. Highly recommended company to anybody who's looking for some cheap high quality glass. Shipping has also always been extremely fast.

Very good place to order from I love it but some times shipping can take a while

I received my package in great condition, there was no breakage of any kind, and the pipes were superior to any other I had purchased elsewhere. & To top it off the order came 2 Days early! What a nice surprise that was. Thank you!

Of all places to find my new favorite smoke shop, Texas was *not* where I would’ve expected it to be lol. But I’ve ordered from them at least 5 times now; and I keep coming back because the glass is high quality and thick, for prices you can barely even find acrylic pieces for these days. All with lightning fast, free, and discreet shipping. Incredible.

From start to finish, probably one of the most enjoyable online shopping experience.... Not only was there websites easy to navigate, the checkout process was amazing and I got exactly what I ordered and you could tell that they packed it with extra care in discreet package... They even paid for shipping..nice touch..Thank you for making something simple just straight forward and simple..

Items received with no problems. Fast shipping. This is the second time I have ordered this vender and I'm very satisfied with there products and response time.

This company is great! Their products are always what I need at a great price with quick delivery. I highly recommend them.

I have made 2 orders from Smoking Cats, and each time I received them within 7or8 days, also great quality.

This is the only place I’ve been buying bubblers and bowls from for the past two years . The prices are great and the materials are always great. I’ve recommended Smokey cats to everyone I know. So if you’re on the hunt for any kind of smoking gadgets this is the place to check out .
