Received my shipment in a timely manner and very happy with the products as well. Had trouble at the start tracking my shipment, but as soon as I contacted customer support on email, Rose Ann replied straight away and gave me the correct instructions. Highly recommended

Super great products. They gave me a discount. The bong that I ordered came smaller than I thought it was going to be, but it was super pretty. The package. It came in. It was double wrapped and very well secured.

Rose was most helpful in shipping to the right address... You can count on me coming back.

The process of buying went fine products arrived intact. The pineapple bowl is HUGE but I love it. The grinder is also wonderful so far.

The bong I ordered is the Vampire's Kiss-pink bong with bats- and after a few days the pink film used has started peeling away around the mouth piece, and down the neck. Not sure how critical this film is for keeping the bat stickers in place. I opened this package on Monday 2/10/25. Today is 2/13/25.

So so soon awful I was told by an agent named R*** A** that I would have to wait five days and if was stated over and over if order does not arrive tell them 48 hours I told them that evening it was not delivered I WAS THEN LIED TO AND TOLD to wait 5 days to file a claim and get this order REFUNDED AND DEALT WITH and so I waited I came back told them and they told me they need to issue a replacement NO WHERE WAS THIS MENTIONED I was told and lied to that I would get this refunded and now I'm being told something different????? I was gonna order from them again but now that I know customer service will lie to you about their methods their own POLICIES I do not understand why tell me one thing then say oh we didn't say that we said WHAT????? WHAT HAPPENED TO HONEST BUSINESS and people this is crazy

3rd time I have ordered from Smokeday, all orders delivered in under 3 days! I say under 3 because my 2nd order came in 2 days! Everything has been just what I expected with better prices then I could ever get at stores around my area!!

I made my order on a Friday at 1:30 in the afternoon 3:00 that day I got an email saying my package was shipped I received my package that Tuesday afternoon I had purchased the large mystery box very nice stuff well worth it I did have one piece where the stem broke off the bowl I did report it waiting on results I'm sure they'll make good of it first time using this company and all my experiences with it so far is excellent I will be ordering from them again I do recommend this place

One part of the bong was broken when I received it. Waiting to hear back to see what they are going to do about it. Like send that one piece or another one with returning this one. No response yet

I ordered a bong and a bubbler the bong I've bought before at the smoke shop I go to and I liked it alot before it broke so when I saw it on here for almost half the price ($70 instead of $130) I had to get it. Both the bubbler and the bong was wrapped in at least 4 layers of bubble wrap so even if the box got destroyed they would have been fine. Will forsure buy stuff here again

Very dissapoined. My sparkly piece was done soooooo sloppy i could’ve done this better myself. The beads are all over the lines, the gold paint is see through. Wish i could attach pics.

I purchased the mystery box for 59. With the so call sale price of being half off, description below says you will receive up to double value so that means up to 240.00 possibly in value. Opened up my box first thing I noticed was a plastic grinder? Really who would use a plastic grinder??? I wrote a email and never received a response from the company I am pretty disappointed with the quality of some of the items in the 120. Mystery box.
