They went through a third party shipper and did not use the shipping option i chose, they also are not contacting me back about this. I would never reccomend this website to anyone who wants what they pay for.

I figured I missed out, but I shot Smoke Day a message and they got right back to me, and honored the discount, even though I had missed it. What amazing customer service! I purchased the pink smoke day grinder which is tiny miniature I don't know what that would hold and the Cherry bong it's not worth the money it's real grainy feeling and then I bought the pink sunflower bead pipe that is the only thing that is worth what I bought the rest I'm going to return.

Ahhhhh these guys are freaking bad ass! We recieved our mystery smoke box today and we are blown away with the contents! Well worth the money spent! We ordered the $129 box on a discount and paid $94 total. I recieved 2 very nice quality bongs, a glass piece and a few little goodies. I loved the thrill of unboxing. Thank you guys!!

I had ordered a nice looking piece from Smokeday however the piece arrived damaged. I reached out to support and support was amazing and timely with sending a replacement piece. It hits nice and I look forward to shopping at Smokeday in the future.

I ordered my first piece from this site and it survived less than 3 months, the bottom dropping out when I slightly touched it to the corner of the bathroom counter. I break a lot of glass, though, so I blamed myself instead of the quality of the item. I saw a BOGO deal and decided since I'll inevitably break them, two identical pieces would be fine. I confirmed the BOGO deal with the online support agent, but when my order shipped it showed only 1 item. My email was met with assurance that both items were on the way. They were not, predictably only one arrived. I will say that the problem was fixed efficiently, they shipped out my second item within a few days. HOWEVER, I've had the BOGO pieces for a few weeks and already broke one. I didn't drop it. It was sitting on the floor, got *tipped over*, and shattered. That's unacceptable quality for glass, even on a BOGO deal. A piece not being able to handle being dropped is one thing - but multiple pieces breaking basically just from being touched wrong? That's a quality issue. I doubt I'll be ordering again.

I contacted about a broken piece that I had received. They promptly responded to my email and asked for a picture. They responded about that receipt as well. I then received an email stating they are replacing the piece. I received it today and it is beautiful and made of excellent quality. Excellent, quick, and efficient customer service. I will gladly purchase again

I've ordered from this company in the past and had a great experience. This last time I ordered a bong, and it arrived broken. Rose Ann from customer service was great to work with. She responded to my email quickly and professionally. I sent a couple of pictures and a video of the broken piece and after review, the company sent a replacement bong. The whole process was smooth and quick. I'll definitely order from Smokeday again!
