There was some issues with delivery and they without question sent a new package that arrived just 2-3 days later! The quality is wonderful and the chillum is absolutely GORGEOUS. Extremely happy with my purchase and service.

Customer service was 10/10. My item went out of stock after I ordered late Friday night, and they reached out first thing Monday (the 1st business day after). They offered a similar item or a refund—I chose the replacement, and it was nearly identical. Fast shipping too—ETA was under 7 days! The correspondence between the agent and myself couldn’t have been better!

Smokeday.com was a pretty great experience all around. The item I wanted was out of stock but they notified me immediately when it came back into stock. My Gpen Heyer was $120 CHEAPER than EVERY other website I researched!!! The unit came packaged well and arrived extremely fast! Like 2 days! I will almost definitely be buying more from smokeday.com. Super fast shipping, they wrap your glass better than any company ive ordered from. Prices were decent for the items, sales are even better! That have a huge selection, there's something for every lifestyle. The customer service is on point as well! Man the item I ordered got to me and wouldn't charge. I emailed right away. Sent video everything. That was 2 or 3. Weeks ago. I emailed couple more times. They claimed looking for another item. Today I get email saying my package has been shipped.
If I could give 10 stars I would. It is not their fault my item was not working. It took a little time but they didn't even ask for the old item. They are 100%legit.

The image on the website was very different from what I received. On the website, it looked like high-quality colored glass. However, when I received the item, it looked like it was just painted with cheap, dull paint. Also, the cherry ornaments were much smaller on the actual item and the red color was less vibrant than the image on the website. Returning it would be a hassle since, of course, it’s glass, so I’m kind of stuck with a piece I don’t like. Just a bummer because the image online looked so pretty.

Was very excited but once I put water in it I realised there was air bubbles? Throughout the wrap but they sent a refund for any complications and was a fast delivery:) was a hand ball but happy with the end result!

My package came so fast 😁 everything i ordered was in there and fantastic! 10/10 service

It was shipped fast and got here safe. My piece I ordered came without an accessory that was in the description. Customer service was on point and I got the accessory and got to keep the extra.
