Smith & Friends Estate Agents Anmeldelser

Abby helped us to sell 2 houses. Amazing service from start to finish and even went above and beyond by chasing up on our onward purchase. Couldn't recommend her enough

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience with Claire Grundy at Smith & Friends Estate Agents. Buying a home can be stressful, but Claire made the whole journey so much easier with her kindness, professionalism, and constant support.
From our first viewing right through to completion, she kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and genuinely cared about helping us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her positive attitude and reassurance made such a difference during what can be an emotional process.
Claire went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and thanks to her hard work, we are now settled into our new home. We are so grateful for everything she did for us.
If you're looking to buy or sell a property, we can't recommend Claire highly enough. She is an absolute credit to Smith & Friends Estate Agents, and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again in the future. Thank you so much, Claire!

A completely stress free sale from beginning to end. Great communication from the office staff who were happy to help wherever they could. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone involved.

Great service from everyone I spoke to there and as a first time buyer Abby went above and beyond to help me.

Good service provided. Nicola was outstanding with ultra clear communications and updates. In spite of a drawn out sales cycle due mainly to buyers solicitor being very slow I was confident the team were doing all they reasonably could to get my sale over the line.

Very helpful and friendly! Quick to get back to you, and very well organised! Helped throughout my whole process!
