Ordered an electronic toothbrush a month ago and never received it. Have sent three emails to contact addresses as listed on website with no response! Feeling fleeced!

Ordered on 19 October with 3-5 days delivery over a month now and nothing.

No contact, no email stating delay etc.

Have emailed the generic Gmail email address on there website and it bounces. Emailed both individuals (Directors) and nothing.

Seems a con, however it would seem some people are receiving there products. Regardless don't risk your money, plenty of other options on the market.

AVOID ITEM NOT SENT

Item ordered 2 weeks ago, delivery should have been within 3/5 days but item still not sent. No communication. I have lost £30. So annoyed I didn’t check reviews as this seems to happen regularly with this con company

Avoid SmileyClinic as they do not send goods out.
Put in an order on 26/10/24 totalling £70+. No communication, despite 2 chasing emails. Eventually got a message saying there had been a fulfilment error their end, order would be sent "ASAP". Still no communication or update 1 week later. Have put in a dispute with my bank to recoup the money. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Ordered a couple of new toothbrush for my and the husband as our old ones had packed up .
Never tried smiley clinic before but was very pleasantly surprised.
Quick delivery too .
The quality is really good , I’ll be ordering some kids toothbrushes next time .

As previous posts sent by others still no order received. Several emails sent and no delivery or refund received. Avoid company and don’t waste your money.

Very professional and efficient. I wanted to ask a question before I made a purchase which I had a very quick response to, the toothbrush exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend getting one! Thank you smiley clinic : )

Trying to return my order for 7 days now still no correspondence of absolutely shocking I've sent them 4 emails and nothing.order elsewhere and don't waste your money or time with these clowns.

Are rubbish, i.order a product but i didn't recive it, i trying to contact them but no answer for 1 month and no money back.Don't buy.

Still waiting for my order (£48.50) that I ordered over a month ago. No reply to any of the emails I sent either. Will start the refund process with my bank tomorrow. Avoid this scam company like the plague!

Top stuff, great quality toothbrushes both for adults and children alike, fast delivery, kept in touch with me all throughout till my order arrived, highly recommend 👍👍👍👍

Same as other reviews. I bought and paid for a kids toothbrush over a month ago, got a shipping confirmation but nothing since, and no replies to emails.. unclear if a deliberate scam or a badly run business, but would advise anyone to avoid

I would love to do a review of this product, but since ordering on the 19th Sept I have still not received it as of the 5th October. I have emailed for an update with no reply ! Feeling disappointed to say the least.

I ordered a sonic travel toothbrush beginning of Sept I’m still waiting for my order. No one answers the phone or responds to my email.

don't reply to emails don't answer there phones obviously embarrassed about the rubbish products they sell be aware

I ordered and payed 19/7/2024 and it’s now September and I’m still waiting for my order. I have emailed 19 times!! It’s wasn’t a huge amount of money but if he’s doing this to lots of people it will soon add up to substantial amounts.
Total ripoff

Placed my order 6 weeks ago now and still haven't received it. Can't get any response to emails about my order.Probably lost my money.

I have not received my Oder. I Oder 3 toothbrush and only 1 arrived. The custom support is horrible don’t answer or talked to me like I was lying about missing Oder

I ordered toothbrushes for myself and my daughter both arrived on next day delivery. Really happy with my order especially the children's toothbrush its made it easier for her and she wants to clean her teeth now!

KEEP AWAY!!! 40 days now since my order funds taken and product not delivered. They don't respond to their e mails ( No telephone number). Just spoke to my bank and got my "provisional” refund. What a waste of time!!!
