Stuart’s team did an amazing job of refitting my shower room. The whole team was polite, they showed up when promised. A special shout-out to Jason whose attention to detail ensured that the finished results are of an exceptionally high standard.

Amazing!! Stuart, Tyler and the rest of the team have just finished freshening up the bathroom in our 16th Century timber framed cottage. Tyler was exceptionally polite, friendly and courteous throughout the whole process and worked tirelessly into the night on occasions to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. The team were tidy and quiet and I can’t recommend their services enough! Well done guys, we will see you again VERY soon for more home improvements!

Was recommended SM home improvements and spoke to Stuart about my boiler service, He booked in my service and Jason who works for the company turned up on time (quite rare these days) with such a positive and happy attitude.

I had my 2 year old at home with me at the time and Jason was so good with her and really put her at ease, I showed Jason where the boiler was and he got to work.

Throughout the time he was there, he very professional and every time he had to go to another part of the house to check the flue or hot water etc he kept my 2 year old at ease, to the point after half an hour she was asking where Jason had gone because she wanted to see what he was fixing and he was explaining what he was doing to her as he went on

A truly professional service that was very thorough and put myself and my daughter felt at ease.

We recently had our boiler pack in. A quick phone call to SH Home Improvements and they were out to quote me in person within 24hrs. Very impressed that they showed the effort and not the usual quotes that consists of me having to send photos. They talked me through every step of the job. Very polite and left the house spotless.

Stuart and his team fitted my bathroom From taking out , plastering , electrics to fitting and tiling and excellent job all round and any problems that have occurred since they are straight back to sort it

I contacted SM Home improvements and maintenance to service my gas boiler. Jason came to do the service and was really friendly and professional. A fault did occur with my boiler, but the part was ordered and my boiler was back to 100% use within four days as there was a wait for the part. I was kept up to date with what was happening and as soon as the part arrived they were straight out to repair! Amazing customer service 100% from speaking to them on the phone to them visiting my property....100% will use them again!

Have just had a job completed by Stuart and his team, updating our ensuite. We were very pleased with the process from start to finish. Stuart was very prompt and efficient when visiting and quoting for the work and the job was carried out by Jason, who was professional, pleasant and very clean and tidy. I very recently had a my boiler serviced by this company and they provided an excellent service which was both efficient and very competitively priced. The service engineer was punctual, polite and informative. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

First class quality work. No kitchen or bathroom job too small, but although I'm a DIY person and I was tempted to get a caretaker to save corners, thank goodness I didn't.
For example the new roof extractor fan piped from the bathroom includes an insulated pipe to prevent condensation inside, this was suggested to me. This is why it pays to use a reliable professional local firm.
