Aidens Mould Removal Anmeldelser

Fantastic company
We have worked with the team on quite a few projects and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Their attention to detail is second to none. I would not trust any other company with my clients when it comes to mould remediation
Simply the best out there no comparison

Aidens Mould Removal is the best in the game. I had to wait a long time for them to be available because they are so in demand but it was absolutely worth the wait. They are real pros and experts in their field. They are patient and take the time to explain how mould works and why they would choose a specific remediation method, which is so important when dealing with mould-sick people who really need reassurance that the work will be done safely and effectively. I very highly recommend them.

Aidens were incredibly thorough with their investigation and written report. They were persistently quick to respond to any questions, and were incredibly knowledgeable on the subjects. In comparison to other mould specialists, they are profoundly greater in communication, articulation, honesty, and knowledge. Truly, if you are in need of a specialist, use Aidens.

I researched several local mould specialists in my area, and Aiden’s Mould Removal were by far the best in terms of professionalism and expertise.

A special thank you to Sarri, who took great care in diagnosing the issue and explaining everything clearly. Although it wasn’t great news to discover that my entire loft is affected by mould, I now have clarity, direction, and a much better understanding of the root cause of my ongoing health issues.

Their attention to detail, honesty, and genuine integrity are rare to find these days. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone dealing with mould or damp concerns.

Sarri and his team are great - very knowledgeable, providing great advice. Mould remediation is a very lengthy and extensive process and Sarri is very reassuring along the way. Thank you for your expertise and advice

I had a very positive experience with Sarri and his team. From the start, they were polite, friendly, and approachable, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. They clearly have a strong understanding of the complexities involved in mould remediation and took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and reassure me along the way.

What stood out was the care they showed towards my home — they worked efficiently, respected the space, and left everything neat and orderly once their part of the project was complete.

Sarri is a star. I don’t seem to have a great deal of luck with leaks which means I have had to use Sarri before (separate jobs). He really does go above and beyond to do everything he can for you. When you suffer from mould sickness and find mould in your house it can leave you feeling very vulnerable and worried. Yet again, Sarri and his team have really pushed out all the stops to make my house safe. I had to move out while he was doing the latest job. Two hours before I moved out I discovered another leak with mould which changed the scope of the job. But he just got on with it, put in extra time and got extra support to finish the job. As before, he kept me informed at every stage of the process. It takes a lot to leave your house and entrust it with someone but I felt like my home was in safe hands. He is very patient, professional and kind. My insurance company sent round someone to inspect the property while I was not there and he very kindly dealt with them and answered all their questions about the job. A big thanks again to him and his team. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

From the very first email I sent, Sarri was outstanding. He went above and beyond to reply out of office hours and to schedule a 2-day home inspection over a weekend.
Sarri worked a very long day and was extremely thorough, listening and responding to all of my specific concerns. He kept us updated throughout.
I can’t recommend this company enough. Sarri travelled from London to carry out the inspection, which is over 100 miles. You can immediately see he is an expert in his field and understands medical and health concerns that surround mould issues, as well as the intricate technical knowledge needed to do an expert job.
Thank you SO much!

Very knowledgeable resolved the mold issue I was having in my bathroom it's been a ongoing issue I had but the job was getting done in the correct manner was just covering issue after a few months the mould will return its been 5 months now since Aiden had removed the mould from my bathroom and it hasn't returned so safe to say Id highly recommend this company

Great people came in for an inspection and ended up fixing the problem, very professional at what they do highly recommended.

I have nothing but praise for this company the representative for the company that came out was fantastic and handled the situation very professionally. My parents are both old and vulnerable they had lots of questions and he answered them and took time to listen he was polite and he has carried on helping out after as we have had a fight on our hands but he has supported us every step of the way.i have nothing but praise for this company and would choose them again.

We have been working with Sarri for 3 years now, he has been exceptional in helping us deal with our leak and mold issues. It has been a very stressful time trying to manage these issues, and we didn't know how to tackle them. Sarri is very responsive and supportive anytime we have needed him. Mold has been a significant health issue for me, and thanks to Sarri, the possibility of recovery and a life without mold seems attainable. Thank you, Sarri and team.

Aiden was fantastic when we asked him to come in and assess some suspected mould we spotted on our move in date. He clearly explained all the signs, found the cause (water leak, stains still visible), and advised us on next steps (we opted for some swaps that would be sent to lab testing, and the results were done within a few o up hours). The report was done very swiftly and was very comprehensive, with photos, suspected cause, lab results, necessary action all laid out very clearly. This helped us tremendously in getting back to the landlord.

Sarri and his colleagues were incredibly helpful when I contracted them to investigate and resolve some mould issues with my flat.

He was great at communicating with me throughout the process - responding very promptly to my original request, and then sending me frequent updates on their findings and recommended next steps throughout their work. Including helpful recommendations about things I could do to avoid similar problems in the future.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently used Aidens for a Mould inspection and some mould testing. They also did some Mould Removal on the day. The process was easy and communication was great. I highly recommend their services.

I am extremely grateful to have come across Sari and to have had his support during a very stressful experience with a significant amount of mould in my new house. Sari has a thorough and in depth understanding of mould and the correct way of removing it in order to protect your health (which unfortunately practically no other tradespeople have). Throughout the remediation process, Sari has gone above and beyond to reply to my Whatsapps, share advice and recommend steps to keep my home as healthy as possible going forwards. I felt in hugely safe hands and was consistently reassured by Sari's kind and calm attitude. I would highly recommend him, and his very professional team, to anyone.

The engineer was very professional thorough and on time.

Sarri and his colleagues have investigated and solved various mold issues in our house. They took super good care of locating and safely removing mold and they cleaned the space afterwards, using specialised cleaning methods. (Apparently this is an often overlooked step, which is essential to get the place properly clean). They stay up to date with the latest research and even though they're already the best in their field, they always look for ways to improve themselves even beyond everything they're doing already. Sarri is always available for any follow up questions and has been nothing short of amazing in trying to help us sort any other / new mold issues. We feel that he truly cares about our welfare and health. Thank you Sarri!

Aidens Mould Removal are undeniably the best mould remediation company in the UK. Having worked with another company prior to hiring Sarri, I was so impressed with his knowledge and support from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and he was available to offer advice when needed. Sarri and his team went above and beyond with the testing, guidance and then undertaking the environmental clean. I had been very sick leading up to having our home remediated and thanks to Sarri I am now able to heal in a safe, clean, mould free environment.

Had a Mould Inspection and some Mould Removal done at my rented property. Very thorough service and communication was great.
