Sie haben Ihre Bestellung erhalten und uns anschließend selbst per E-Mail geschrieben, dass Sie das Logo bereits geändert haben und dazu noch eine Frage hatten. Unser Support hat Ihnen ebenfalls per E-Mail geantwortet, da wir ausschließlich E-Mail-Support anbieten.

The Logo and effects were great but I…
The Logo and effects were great but I wanted it in Landscape mode for a Laptop and Facebook video creations. I was pretty sure I had selected this option.vInstead, I received the Logo in the shape (9:6) for an android mobile phone. I'm now left with large amounts of black filling the screen either side of the logo which is almost unusable. When I tried to select this after, it stated that I would have to pay again, which is unreasonable.

Bad Customer Service Experience
The logo design went great, we are very happy with it. Two of the add-on products we purchased did not go as well.
The cinematic logo, while it is okay, did not come close to the dramatic, well done, promotional material. Okay, I was willing to eat that, it wasn't horrible.
We also purchased the business card design thinking it would be the same as the promotional mock-up that was shown. Which we loved. The design we received was totally different and we did not like it. When we contacted support and asked them to swap out the design they said they would not do so and also would not provide a refund. The cost is minimal but it's the principle.
If this is the service they provide, I'd be cautious about doing business with them.

Mit tollem Angebot gelockt -Rebrand forever mit großem Rabatt - dann konnte ich die Funktion nicht nutzen !!!! Für 49€ Rebrand - dann feststellen müssen dass nur minimale Anpassungen z. B. Tausch der Farbe möglich ist - das ist viel zu teuer !!!!

schade, dass dieser Eindruck entstanden ist. Unser Kollege Dominik hat dir am 31. August per E-Mail genau erklärt, wie du dein Rebranding 100 % kostenlos umsetzen kannst. Dabei bist du keineswegs nur auf eine Farbänderung beschränkt – du kannst auch ein komplett anderes Logo verwenden.
Auf diese E-Mail haben wir anschließend leider keine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten. Tausende unserer Kunden haben ihr Branding bereits auf diesem Weg erfolgreich angepasst, daher funktioniert diese Möglichkeit definitiv.
Falls bei der Umsetzung etwas unklar war, helfen wir dir natürlich gerne weiter. Antworte einfach auf Dominiks E-Mail, dann schauen wir uns das gemeinsam an.

For clarification, 1,000 TL is approximately €17, and this purchase was for our lowest-priced package.
That package includes a single high-resolution logo file, exactly as described at the time of purchase. It is therefore not accurate to describe the delivered file as a “low-quality image”.
We are sorry that you felt the need to leave a 1-star review without even getting in touch with us first. We would have preferred to grant you a refund since we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Lured me in with a voucher for 50% off but then didnt‘t allow a way to enter the voucher at checkout. Since the process was not transparent and there was no final check to review the purchase before committing, I paid full price.

The coupon code is available directly in the standard Paddle checkout before payment is completed, and it has been used successfully by many other customers during our last promotion.
We understand that you may have missed it during checkout, but it is simply not accurate to say that there was no way to enter the voucher or review the purchase before completing it.
A quick message to our customer support would have been enough for us to resolve this and refund the 50% difference. We would have been happy to help before an inaccurate one-star review was posted.
