I do not feel that there is enough easily accessible access for support. The designs are limited, I was especially disappointed with the e-signature options. I would like a listing of the actual colours or a style guide that I can copy and paste. I would also like access to e-letter head templates for documents etc as an option. It would also be great to receive some suggestions on how we could improve our current logos when applying/considering a change. Your product could be so much more.

Ich bin mit meinem StugaGlück-Logo und meiner Erfahrung mit SMASHINGLOGO sehr zufrieden. Lediglich das zusätzlich erstellte Cinematic-Intro-Video entsprach nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen, da das Logo darin nicht gut zur Geltung kam.
Der Kundenservice hat auf meine Rückmeldung sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Die verwendeten Credits wurden unkompliziert erstattet, sodass ich eine andere Version auswählen kann. So wünscht man sich das! Ansonsten ist alles top – vielen Dank an Dominik für die tolle Unterstützung.

The only issue I have is the font used in my logo is not available as a standard on the computer so I now have to purchase the font to be able to use it on my website and other marketing materials - would have been nice to know this before I purchased the logo or I may have chosen a different font.

not worth it!!
purchased product and have e-mailed customer support with some questions and NOT heard anything back in over a week. Design is ok and overall not pleased with the experience. Just a bunch of AI crap and no real company or communication.
