This is a total scam. Sign up for cash back and suddenly $25 is TAKEN from my checking account.

complete scam. Was offered 15$ and was instead charged money. their customer service team is awful and keeps putting me on waitlists for 24-40 hours to do anything. Unfortunately will have to get my bank involved with these scums.

Scam. They will charge your CC under various names and randomly over the months, so it will really fly under the radar. They will charge you amounts of $19 to $40, as per the Reddit posts. For me, it was $25. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS!

scam. Random services will give these guys your card info. You have to contact them to remove your card. They charged my debit 3 times before I noticed. Don’t know if I’ll ever get my money back from this fraud.

I do not know who this company is and have NEVER given my bank information to this company. Just got off the phone with Wells Fargo Fraudulent Dept and reported. U debited my account for &25.00 in March 2025 and tried to debit my account for $25.00 today and it was rejected!!! Wells now has all of your info and will be contacting you. You can go ahead and refund my $25.00 for March and I will call Wells Fargo and close this fraud claim. If u have enrolled me for a subscription service, close it NOW! I don’t have a subscription to anything! You immediately attention to this matter is appreciated and it will serve you well too!

This site is 100% a scam. I don’t know how they got my information, but I woke up to a $25 charge in my account from a website I’d never heard of. Called customer support and they cancelled the subscription I didn’t make. Said they gave me a refund, but we’ll see if that comes through.

Fraud charges

Was installed with another application, I immediately deleted it. within 30 minutes my card was charged for $25 (Luckily it was caught as Fraud) despite me never giving my card information in the app since I never opened it

Yeah so I initially saw a free trial for it on uber and it said I could get 15 bucks if I did some sort of survey did it and it said it would take months for the 15$ to go to my account then they charged me 25$ without me giving my debit card information!

I’ve never heard of the company, let alone been on their website… however today I’ve been charged £25 out my bank account, total fraud. I don’t understand they’ve got my bank details or how this is even possible, or the fact the company is still running…

Would really appreciate any help anyone can give as to how to resolve this, as in a email address or number to contact.

Ps, I’m not even from America, I’m in England but have been charged by their American company?

UPDATE: once ‘smartyplus’ responded to this and gave me their contact details I immediately emailed them, saying I wanted a full refund and my account shut down’ and to be fair within about 10 minutes they responded, and gave me a full refund for the last 3 months that they’d been taking money… still not sure as to how they got access to my bank even though I’d never heard of them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Reported to BBB and FTC this morning.

It's a scam I wouldn't expect anything less they made me pay for a subscription without my knowledge
