We konden eenvoudig een zevenpersoons wagen huren, tegelijk met onze boeking voor een vakantie op Curacao.
Met een duidelijke video en instructies via email en what’s app konden we gemakkelijk onze wagen ophalen en weer terugbrengen. De auto zag er uitstekend uit en had weinig kilometers gelopen.
We zijn zeer tevreden en zullen zeker nogmaals gebruikmaken van de diensten van Smart Wheels.

Auf unser AIDA-Reise in der Karibik war es die dritte Insel, wo wir einen Mietwagen vorher gebucht haben. Aber keine der großen Autovermietungen Avis und Sixt kann den Service dieser Autovermietung erreichen. Es war alles so einfach, von der Buchung bis zur superschnellen Abholung des Wagens direkt im Hafen. Dazu die sehr, sehr gute Kommuniktion vor der Buchung, während der Buchung und danach. Versicherung ohne Selbstbeteiligung fand ich super, auch wenn wir keinen Schaden hatten. 5+ Bewertung! Es wäre noch ein Doppelplus geworden, wenn man uns Touristen erklärt hätte, wie die Tankstellen auf Curacao funktionieren (erst bezahlen, dann tanken)

We booked our car through SmartWheels at the last minute thinking our other travel companions had already booked us a car. SmartWheels had a brand new Kia picanto for us despite the last minute booking and everything was great with the vehicle. No body damage or interior damage to note, modern infotainment system with apply CarPlay, and fantastic AC. The staff I talked to when picked by up the car were friendly and easy to work with. We stayed at the marriot wind creek for our first two days and Coral Estates for our final seven days and the vehicle served us well, making multiple trips to pick up our family from the airport, to Porto Mari, the national parks, aquarium and downtown on only one tank of gas. The vehicle had no issues with the roads at the national parks, the hills at coral estates, the potholes on the main highways or the speed humps all over the island. It was also exceptionally easy to park and maneuver on the European sized roads. I am used to renting cars through National in the US where I travel often and this experience was on par with that service. We absolutely would book through SmartWheels again.

Car in excellent conditions, people in the office really nice, they explain to you everything, they take photos at the begining and at the end so you feel secure. They ask you how is the car going during the rent, AWESOME service
