Outstanding quality
Outstanding quality. Very well engineered. Secure and weatherproof. I bought the extra large box with the slanted top. The shelf has a clever telescopic sliding mechanism so it takes up less space when the lid is closed. Far better in my opinion than the box I bought from Penn Elcom which I am returning as it leaks and is nowhere near as secure.

The box arrived as promised and was of good quality it was easy to install on my wall too early to tell if it's fully weatherproof etc but looks good and expect it to do as intended for a long time.

This item came fairly quickly and I immediately cemented it into its place. It proved its worth next day for the arrival of our first parcel. Be aware that the number and street name (Personalised) are stickers but at least it is all done for you. It is probably useful to buy a bigger parcelbox so that most parcels can be delivered this way.

Poor service
Customer Service is sub-standard. I asked for an update on delivery. I was sent a generic response by someone (name removed at their request), who didn’t bother to check whether my order had been despatched and said I would receive a dispatch notification.
In the meantime I received a DPD notification to say my order would be delivered today.
I asked the person (who doesn’t want their name here) if that was the case and he said there would be an email “somewhere in your inbox”. There was not.
The person (who’s name I had to remove) is a bit rude and clearly bored.

Well made, sturdy parcel box. Easy to put up and looks good. Would have been good to have a separate slot for letters, as opening the parcel slot lets the rain in. Other than that I’m very pleased with it.

Highly Recommended: Secure, Modern, and Dog-Proof Parcel Solution
I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Smart Parcel Box. The delivery was fast, and the product itself is clearly a quality item and very well made. It looks modern in black and fits nicely right by our door.
This box has completely transformed how we receive packages—we’ll never miss a delivery, and it’s especially great because it stops our dog from getting her teeth into the mail! Even our postman seemed happy and excited to use it right away.
I chose to floor fix the box to a concrete pad foundation. My only minor issue was the installation: getting all four anchor bolts perfectly aligned and installed wasn't easy (I only managed to get three in, which is probably down to my own lack of DIY skill!). However, with a few packing shims, I was able to secure it sturdily and straight where it sits.
Overall, this product is fantastic for convenience and security. Highly recommend this Smart Parcel Box to anyone tired of missed deliveries

Superb quality postbox
Superb quality postbox, in a great deep red colour. Robustly made but light enough to easily install by one person. Ordering process was simple and the product arrived very quickly, and well packaged. Good instructions and there's a video on-line as well Has been used to great effect by Royal Mail as well as all types of couriers, including Amazon, since installation. Easy to identify if the courier takes a picture (as they often do) for POD. And I like the letter box feature in addition to the separate parcel segment, so the postie doesn't have to open the big door if s/he just has letter-sized post. Had lots of positive comments from visitors to the house about how good it looks.
