I couldn’t be more pleased with the fantastic service from Prime Eco Solutions for my boiler replacement! From start to finish, the team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained my options clearly and helped me choose the perfect boiler for my home. The installation process was smooth and they left everything neat and tidy. My new boiler works like a dream, and I’m already noticing the difference in comfort and efficiency. Highly recommend!

Amit and his team have done great job with installing new boiler at my place, from the start to finish they were fantastic !
For assessment and quotation Amit visited my home , checked everything and explained what and how everything will be done. The guys came for installation were also very friendly and professional, so far no issues !

Couldn’t even be bothered to turn up on time! Appointment booked for 11am. Text sent the night before reminding me to be in for that time. 1105 I text back asking if the was still turning up. 1110 call from amit saying he would be with me at 1145. If you can’t be arsed to turn up on time to win the business, god knows what your service would be like once booked?

After researching various companies we chose Prime Eco Solutions to install our boiler, partly based on reviews we’d read and also on their costing which was very competitive. Our first point of contact was Amit who conducted a phone consultation on our requirements, he was very knowledgeable and professional, this was followed up by a visit from Manny, again a very helpful and professional gas engineer, he drew up a detailed plan for our unique installation and a week later he came back and the job was done, he was thorough in terms of talking through all technical details, he took the old boiler away and cleaned up meticulously. We are thrilled with the efficiency and cost savings of our new boiler, would definitely recommend this company

We had two quotes for our new boiler, British Gas and Vaillant approved Prime Eco. There was. Difference of £1200 in prices with BG the highest for a lower spec product.
Amit took us through pros and cons of new boiler and explained everything unlik the harder sell from BG. On fitting day Manny and his colleague turned up, got stuck in and carried out refit and additional work within the day, too a high standard explaining what they were doing and why. Cleaned up on completion. No time spent hanging around on phones like some other tradesmen! Really pleased with our new boiler

Amit was great over the phone and not pushy, then came to visit to make sure installation would have no problems. The fitters came and were helpful, clean, tidy and polite. Amit came to check everything was going well. As a company they did everything expected and more. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. A company like this restores the trust in a profession where you hear so many horror stories.

Lovely business to deal with..unfortunately I didn't get my boiler fitted by them due to issues in my house.. they were so helpful and obliging..would recommend them ..

Very Good service. We are happy with the boiler, working well your workers were very thorough and good with the job they did they did spend 4 to 5 hours but they did finsh the job and showed us how to work the boiler too. We would recommend your services to friends and family definitely.

Excellent company, very competitive price and the customer service was excellent.
Amit came to my house and Wednesday and the boiler was fitted the following Tuesday. The guys came to the house around 10am and were finished by 15:30.

On the day of installation a knowledgeable engineer visited the property and done the job with minimal disruption to our daily chores
Post installation same responsive on queries which are actually meant for the boiler company

Good Gas Safe Engineers who had divided the job equitably between them. Everything went smoothly. However I wasn’t able to inspect everything that they did as it was raining outside when they completed the job. Had to clear the kitchen as a result, which was okay. As the gas engineers were treated well by myself, they responded appropriately to that. SMART Heating Hub should have informed me that they were sub contractors. As I was exhausted at the end of the day, also had to drive back down to a friends place.

Considering the 1st day they went to garage for 6 hours they got the job completed by Friday evening, very polite and helpful with any questions I had. Amit was amazing all the way through from the quote to completion of the job. Always there to reasure and help in any way he could. Boiler and radiators are amazing. Thank you all so much.
