Smarter Air & Electrical installs ducted air conditioning in homes across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, the Redlands, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, from our Loganholme and Little Mountain offices. We started in 2019, and Phill has been in the trade since 2004. We design and install new ducted systems, retrofit ducted into existing homes, replace and upgrade older units, add smart zone controls (AirTouch and MyPlaceIQ), and repair and service ducted and split systems. We install Hisense, General Airstage, Panasonic and Mitsubishi Electric. We offer a free onsite inspection for ducted installations and free quotes. Our residential installs come with our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee (terms apply). Licensed: QBCC 15135153, Electrical Contractor 89006, ARCtick AU48610.

A delay in on-site attendance was disappointing, but is a fact of life at present in all building trades.
We were then allocated an earlier site visit after a cancellation.
The team were on-site exactly as promised and set about systematically investigating the problem - always hard when the fault is intermittent and not happening at the time.
But the systematic approach eventually located the fault, and it was promptly rectified.
