They may not be a professional marketing team, but they are definitely experts in custom lighting! I ordered over $12,000 worth of lights for my 5-bedroom house, and they truly make a difference. The designs are unique and add real character to our home. My wife had considered getting lights from Bunnings, but those felt mass-produced and lacked originality. Uluru Lighting's products are in a class of their own.

I wanted to share my experience with Ulurulighting to provide a more balanced perspective. In 2024, I purchased five products for my salon, including one customized product. Their return policy clearly states that customized items cannot be returned, so I made sure to review it before purchasing. When I asked them to adjust some details of the custom item, they were very accommodating and made the changes as per my request.
The other products I bought is great condition. The lights are beautiful and have added a special touch to my space. I've had no issues with the quality of the items, and my overall experience with their customer service has been positive.
It's important to read policies and reviews carefully to understand what to expect when making a purchase. My experience with Ulurulighting has been nothing but satisfactory, and I would definitely consider buying from them again in the future.
This company is a scam. Don't fall for the same trap that I fell for, it is costing me thousands.
They have a professional online presence and will reply to all of your emails (note that they will never give you a phone number) until the product you receive arrives. Afterwards they will claim exceptions on their return policy such as that your product was a custom order, etc. They have some propped up reviews on Etsy, which I was fooled by. I bought direct from them and the chandelier arrived in a cheap and poor quality finish. I applied for a refund for a non-custom product 5 days after receiving the item, having not opened it fully or installed it. They initially offered me an option to "exchange my product" for a 50% reduction on a new product...(!) Which I obviously declined, but now they are not answering my emails about a return.
