A great company ambassador
I have booked several cruises with Smart Cruiser. The most important reason I keep coming back is Bob Friedman. He happened to help me with my first cruise and I see no reason to book my next cruise with anybody else. Bob is very helpful and professional, yet also friendly and funny and a delight to talk to. I wish I could meet him personally. I guess I will have to travel to Boca Raton one day. Anyway, thank you Bob.

My Go To Cruise Travel Agent
I happened upon SmartCruiser.com while looking for a major online cruise company. I have found their pricing and additional perks better that the competition. I was put in touch with Patti Hernandez with SmartCruiser and she has been the best. I have booked around 10 cruises with them and have been very pleased. I have never had an issue with them regarding promised perks that weren't delivered. They have even come to bat for me when a cruise line was giving me a hard time while on board. One phone call and the apologies flowed from the cruise reception desk. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Watch for their special offers.
