We planned a family cruise to Alaska…
We planned a family cruise to Alaska and wanted to pay a week early. They were not equipped to do that. Once we did give them final payment which included payment for our airline tickets, could not change our airline seats because the payment to the airlines took over a week. Not what I expected.

We do process payments earlier than when due if requested so we would like to understand what happened in your case. Because the air was booked through Royal Caribbean's air department, we have no control over that part of your transaction. Since we have live payment links and are available 7 days a week, we do want to learn why there was an issue for payment processing. We strive to provide excellent service and are disappointed to learn you didn't have that experience. We will contact you directly

Agents at Smartcruiser aren't the best…
Agents at Smartcruiser aren't the best at calling you back in my opinion. I doubt I will use them for any future cruises. They never even follow up to see how you enjoyed your cruise. From now on, I will use my own personal TA who cares more and will ensure everything has gone well.
