My returns were pending with HMRC for…
My returns were pending with HMRC for over a year. What made matter worse was I came back to India making contact with HMRC almost impossible. Reaching them over the phone was a huge task. I was then introduced to SmartWare and they resolved the issues in a month. I got my returns with very minimal follow-up. Thank you Deb.

My experience was good with SmartAWARE…
My experience was good with SmartAWARE ACCOUNTS AND TAX LTD. Debangshu Sarkar from SmartAWARE ACCOUNTS AND TAX LTD helped me at each step while filing my UK Tax Return i.e. Self Assessment. He was so helpful to explain the procedure in detail and clearing my doubts at any stage. He took care of my tax return filing after sharing the necessary documents with him. He also shared the invoice of the fees of my UK Tax Return filing. I was needed to pay only half of the fees initially and remaining half was asked to pay once I received the refund amount from HMRC. (provided eligible to receive any refund which I was in my case based on the documents provided to him.) The entire process went quite well and I am happy with their services.

Bad and disappointing service
Really bad service. I might be the only one here to give a bad review but I had many issues with the service. My case has been file in May-2023 but I have not received
Any kind of updates yet. I expect there might be delay with HMRC process but representative of SmartAware should have kept me updated on the case. Whenever I tried to call the representative, he never answered the call and used to message me saying I am discussing your case with HMRC and shall update you tomorrow. That tomorrow never came. I have called representative of SmartAware many times but not even a single call was answered aft
Er the case was filed. Few weeks ago, I somehow managed to speak to him over the call and I was told if the case is not moving will update you on the process of withdrawing the application and refund will be made to your account. I have not received updates on that as well.
Really bad and disappointing. I would have given 0 rating here but T
