Very bad
Very bad , not responsive enough and they come up with new invoices to pay without any clear instructions in prior . Deb is only one who gives clear instructions other than that I don’t see anyone giving a clear picture on the payments to make !

Thanks team for filing the tax for me and I had received the tax amount as quoted initially. Only thing is it got delayed by 2 months as initially stated. I understand it's not a delay from your team, it's delay from HMRC itself. Thanks for your support during the process
