TEAL XXL RUG
My rug was supposed to be delivered a week ago but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to rearrange delivery date. This was done quite easily with no communication problems. My item was delivered on time by a polite young man. My only concern was that a rug of that size (220cm x 170cm) came folded up instead of rolled. Yes I left it flat overnight then hoovered it and it was in its full glory. The size is amazing, the colour teal is stunning. A beautiful accent to my living room shade.

No communication from seller at all
Listen to the other reviews, I had the exact same situation as others have had.
Firstly, I purchased through B&Q and only received an order acknowledgement. I thought I would have received an order confirmation or some form of communication from the seller but that didn’t happen. I was advised delivery would be 18-19th of December, and I received the item on the 23rd. I had to ring B&Q within this time as I had absolutely no clue what was happening with my order, and only then, was I issued with a tracking number a day later.
The item I purchased, which was a duvet cover, arrived in ripped packaging, had an unpleasant scent, and I found a hair lodged between the item. The company has sent no paperwork with the item, and i’ve now had to go through B&Q to try and contact the seller to arrange returns.

Do not use this company I ordered 3 sets of teddy duvets covers and fitted sheets.
Used Debenhams as verified seller and they didn’t arrive on time and they were deemed lost between seller and carrier.
I was asked by Debenhams if I wanted a refund or replacement and I requested a refund.
They then delivered the items I had already bought without a returns documentation so I’ve been sending emails through Debenhams and directly for 3 weeks and being ignored.
I’m going to try to push Debenhams to take them off there site.

I ordered a rug through these off the b&q website (verified seller) this didnt arrive on the dates given tried to contact these no response after 4 emails my tracking just stated with sender then finally got a email saying my parcel had been lost or damaged a week later so they are sending a replacement take your money and dont dispatch the products dont waste your time or money ordering.

Update 23rd Dec
Duvet cover delivered today although cancelled. Evri received item 22nd. No returns info. B and Q aware I requested a refund so pursuing it after Christmas now.
Ordered Christmas duvet cover through B and Q for delivery by 14th Dec. Although received email from B and Q stating dispatched on 12th Dec with tracking no , Evri have still not received parcel on 17th! No response to email or phone calls to company. Waste of time.

Rugs arrived promptly and though folded have flattened out well and look fabulous in our lounge. Would buy from them again.

Also, only being able to get deliver through Evri/Hermes is a bit problematic for us, as they are not the best at delivering to rural locations. Having an option to opt for the royal mail would be great.
