The particular item I had ordered was out of stock so I was sent multiple smaller packages of the same thing which equated to an extra amount. On top of that as it was my first order the hammy received some packaged dry nibbles - He just LOVES the cinnamon apple sticks. The package also came with a sweet note apologising for not receiving exactly what I ordered. The amount of care that was put into that order is something you just don't see in the big retailers. On top of that I can tell that the brand actually cares about animals and that's something that's also rare with large retailers. Will be definitely ordering more from SmallPetSelect.

Perfect experience from start to finish. Easy to manoeuvre website, found what I needed right away, ordered at the weekend and it was dispatched at the earliest opportunity. Even got to use a 10% discount code with free delivery as well as my order was over £20. Items arrived within 2 days of dispatch notification, well packed in a box with some little freebies included as well. Couldn't ask for a better experience with a company, the little things count. Seriously the nicest company I have ever dealt with online! Been going to them since 2020. Really genuinely nice people doing an amazing job and high quality products. My Guinea Pigs love their hay and pellets so much and you can tell by their coats and energy that it’s a good product. If I ever have an issue they correct it immediately and are SO polite and kind to deal with. I had a shipment of pellets explode during delivery and they happily sent a new bag over immediately. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Have previously ordered from this company twice through Amazon and have always impressed. I buy the 178 litre soft paper bedding for my Syrian hamster and not only does it last four monthly clean outs but also daily spot cleans as well. Unfortunately when going to order this month the same order option wasn’t available via Amazon so we went direct through their website, and will continue to do so from now on. We received four freebies with our order (which I’m sure my hammy will love) and a cute little postcard as well. It arrived within two days, extremely fast delivery. You can tell this company cares about the animals it caters towards and of course its customers too. Thank you!

Third time ordering from SPS, always arrives in 2days. Bought 50lbs 3rd cut hay, smells amazing & fresh. My 4 rabbits tend to like this one the best now. Sadly this time didn’t get any freebie’s, even though I spent over £90. I do like the personal touches on the post card though you get inside the box. Keep selling the best fresh smelling hay SPS.

Just the most fabulous company, wouldn't buy my rabbits' supplies anywhere else. The hays are wonderful, ultra fresh and green, literally the only hay my rabbits will eat, and the hay bags are stuffed full of product so you get great value. You also get lovely little gifts with orders, and every time I've ordered it's arrived within 2 days. So impressed. Also customer service is second to none. If only all companies cared this much about their customers!

The hay quality is the best I have found and my guinea pigs love it. I occasionally find a few free samples in my box which is a lovely touch. There is always a personal hand written note on my box to say thank you which is really nice. The treats and vitamin supplements are also a big hit with my guinea pigs. Delivery is also very fast!

offers by far the freshest and most varied hay offer for rabbits in the UK. I have tried at least 7 different options and until I found this company always doubted how my rabbits can possible get the recommended ~80% hay in their diet .. the timothy hay 2nd cut from smallpetselect is what turned my rabbits into hay lovers. it smells so fresh and is delivered in a recyclable box, no plastic. super fast delivery. So my guinea pigs are obsessed with orchard hay. Never been able to really find anything apart from oxbow brand. Which just keeps getting more and more expensive. Found this site and noticed there orchard hay was quite abit cheaper and you got more for your money. Came within 2 days and excellent quality! Really nice and long strands, no dust, highly recommended!
