We understand how frustrating it can be when there are discrepancies in shipment dates, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We strive to provide accurate and reliable shipping information to our customers, and we're sorry if there was a miscommunication in this case.
We always aim to deliver orders as promptly as possible, but occasionally, unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. We apologize for any disappointment or frustration this may have caused.
According to your review, it was courier company that called get the shipment early but it delivered on the original day. We promise to ship within 12-24 hours after receipt of the order (except weekends and holidays).
But we can't guarantee when it will be delivered, because it depends on the Courier company(FedEx). If there is any shipment exception, we will try to contact the FedEx to follow up, and be sure to ask them to deliver the products to customers in time.
What you talked about shipping early, shipping on the original day, these mean the packages were arriving at the FedEx local facility (early/on time), instead of your location. Hope you will understand this is not our mistake.

Bought a down rod
Bought a down rod, No instructions and no apparent capability with said fan then no return when item wasn’t used. I was charged me an operations fee deducted from my refund because it wasn’t a quality issue when I would have happily returned it. Just a Buyer beware….after their response I did not receive the correct credit….I paid $41.90 and received a credit of $27.69 so they charged me $14.21 operations fee. Really? You say to cover reshipping but told me not to return it so there is no return shipping. I would not consider this a resolution.

From your message we knew that you had a low profile ceiling fan. Downrod can't no be installed with a flush mounted ceiling fan. We should have underlined this key point to you at first.
Regarding the return of the downrod, we apologize for any confusion regarding our refund policy. We strive to make our policies clear and transparent, but we understand that sometimes there can be misunderstandings. We do charge an operations fee for refunds that are not related to a quality issue, as stated in our return policy.
To be honest, recently, we decided not to return the returned accessories like downrod, remote, pcb, but to refund customer directly after deducting the operation fee. This is to reduce the chance of accidents caused by our returns and reduce the cost. This operation fee is actually the return shipping cost for the returned products, if you persist to return item and get a refund, we can help you with these.
Now that because it is not the quality issue of the downrod but it's your low profile ceiling fan that can't not install with a downrod, you will pay the return shipping cost, which equals the operation fee.
Please know that we take customer feedback seriously and will take steps to improve our instructions and communication with customers to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. We appreciate your honest feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
About the instruction of installing a downrod with a ceiling fan, you can find it in your ceiling fan's package, instead of from a downrod package. Of couse, you bought a low profile ceiling fan, so that it would not teach you how to install a downrod with your flush mounted ceiling fan.

The LED lights on my fan were not…
The LED lights on my fan were not working correctly and the lampshade had some black marks on the inside that I couldn't remove. I contacted customer service and the immediately told me how to fix the LED light issue and sent me out a replacement lampshade. Fantastic customer service!!!!!
