A waste of money
Almost four weeks down the line, two of the changes of address still haven't happened and the third met with a refusal. It seems to be much easier and more reliable to just get on and do address changes oneself.

I've had a look into this for you and can confirm that all of your requested updates have been sent out according to your move-in date 🚀🎉
The reason your addresses may not appeared to have been updated at first is because we calculate the internal turnaround for all of your requested updates. This means that, while we may have already issued the update to your provider, we're also accounting for the time it takes for them to update your address -which is why your dashboard may have displayed your change of address as "pending" ☺️

To be honest I found you by luck, however it seems to be a very good idea.
The problem I am getting is at the age of 87 I am having difficulty understanding this procedure we are going through.

Slothmove saved me a lot of time and swearing down the phone/into chatbot windows. Would definitely recommend. It will be even more brilliant when it adds some other banks (it didn't have NatWest or Starling yet).

After tax run around of about two hours…
After tax run around of about two hours it was a surprise to find that they could not verify my account because my address was not the same as the one on my driving license. My new one I could not make them understand i was trying to change tax address to the new one In less than ten mins I got all the help i needed from slothmove
