⭐ 1-Star Review – Winnings Withheld and Ignored
My experience with Slotbox has been extremely disappointing.
After following the rules and checking with live chat, my winnings were not paid out. Instead, they were withheld, and when I tried to get clear answers, I was met with confusing explanations and repeated delays.
Customer support gave different answers at different times, and it felt like they did not fully understand what they were doing. I had to send multiple emails explaining the same situation, and many of my messages were ignored or answered very late.
The lack of transparency and communication caused a lot of stress and wasted time. As a customer, I did not feel listened to or treated fairly.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be careful before joining Slotbox and to keep records of all communication.
I am still waiting for mine withdrawal that the keep.

Any problems that have come upp are resolved quickly, professionally and courteously.
