Scam, they make you wager all your deposits 3 times over before you can withdraw, and the minimum withdrawl amount is 50 euro. Customer care is just bots posing as humans. Avoid this scam.

We do not make you make players wager their deposits 3 times before they can withdraw.
The minimum withdrawal amount is not 50 euro.
We have a full team of agents working 7 days a week and we do not use auto reply bots to triage live chats, once you start the chat you get through to an agent. Our wait time to speak to an agent is around 20 seconds between starting the chat and getting connected
