Excellent customer service
My package was stuck for 7 days and I reached out to sllac customer service immediately. They offered to remake the glasses for me for free. And I didn't expect they keeped their eyes on my package, and 1 day later, I got an email from them saying my package shipping info just got updated and it would arrive by tomorrow. Their customer service is really nice!! And I love my new glasses!

Easy to order
I had questions about how to complete my prescription and send the prescription photo to their customer service. They responded promptly by providing me with a filled prescription screenshot based on my prescription. This eased my concerns, and I was able to complete my order smoothly. Love you, Sllac.

Fast delivery, Good service
I lost my glasses last week and desperate to get a new pair. I contacted their customer service to speed up my order and paid with express shipping! They replied to me quickly and I received my glasses in 5 days. Really appreciate their service!!!

A Tale of two Glasses
I got two pair one called the "Fredora" in purple but in person it's pink with gold trim. They are really girly and almost remind me of the 70s. I also purchased the "Helen" very nerdy and cute-like in black but my only concern is the handles on the frame: their not bent to curve around the ear. So if I turn my head down they fall off. But the for the quality and style I would definitely buy again.

Super recommend Sllac
Bought 3 glasses in July, finding my prescription was filled wrong after reviewing the order confirmation email they sent me. Email their customer service for this issue, and get feedback quite quickly. They helped to me fix the prescription. Super fast response and spot on customer service.

Easy to communicate with and quick to answer.
I had trouble with my progressive prescription, which was neither their fault or mine. They were quick to respond to my e-mails regarding the situation and offered to, and did, correct the problem at their cost. I am very happy with their customer service, and would not hesitate to order from them again.
