Sliding doors help me for a problem I had with no benefits to be had . That went out of they way to source myself a replacement drawer . I cannot recommend this company enough , so polite and helpful

The guys that came fir assembly literally took 45 mins to set everything up and the whole thing was a very smooth process

Beautiful wardrobe; well designed and a great quality product, which I would definitely recommend. However, not the best delivery and installation experience, with several problems and delays encountered along the way. A rear panel integral to the structure was smashed in transit; the factory then went on leave for 3 weeks causing a delay in being able to obtain a replacement. One of the wardrobe doors when eventually unboxed was found to have a cosmetic flaw and one of the installed door mechanisms subsequently failed. This resulted in a further replacement part and engineer’s visit to fix things. The wardrobe I expected to have installed in June was finally completed last week, in October! The Sliding Door Wardrobe customer service team were fantastic and did everything in their power to help me and alleviate delays, but there is no getting away from it - it was a bit of a logistical nightmare from start to finish, sadly.

I had a fantastic customer service experience with Ilona on online chat. Our wardrobe after a few years had a small part missing which caused it to not function properly. After a short conversation, they offered to post the small part to us! Really appreciate the customer service and assistance to solving the problem. I bought the Mona/Toledo wardrobe in 2022 and really love it - it's cheaper than many other wardrobes of a similar size and style on the market, but the quality is superb. I just ordered another wardrobe for my new place and the customer service has been truly exceptional - highly responsive, helpful advice as to what to do with my current wardrobe, proactive in helping me ensure I get my delivery at the right time etc. It's certainly unique nowadays where everyone else resorts to chatbots!

I cannot say enough good things about sliding door wardrobe. Although I didn't purchase my wardrobes through them directly, I discovered they manufacture the same wardrobes I own after my company shutdown. I reached out for some assistance and to my surprise, they went above and beyond to help me despite the fact that I wasn't technically their customer. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of their way to provide the exact support I needed.

Not only did they resolve my issue quickly, but they did it with genuine care and professionalism, which is rare to find these days. It's clear that this company is passionate about their products and values their customers, whether past or present. Their dedication to service is simply outstanding. Purchased a wardrobe in 2022, and one of the handles broke off. Although it is no longer the same company, they quickly responded and a new part was sent, for a very reasonable price. Great customer service!

Purchased two sliding door wardrobes, good value and splendid quality ( Arti 3) back in 2018. Recently i accidently damaged the track and roller. Recieved fantastic after sales support from these guys. Good old fashioned customer service .
