This place is a strait rip off. They sell store returns which 95% of them are returned for a reason. Either the item is broken, missing a part or something that makes it not usable because if it were usable the store or Amazon would resell it themselves. Then if you do happen to score a good deal on something now you have to pay shipping which is inflated 3 times the actual cost and on top of that another 15% Vig to them. Then they take your money and now because it was a good deal they either literally throw it in a box to make sure it breaks or there nest known trick is the package conveniently gets lost and does not arrive. Just another part of there business practices because a month later you will see the same item re-listed for sale because there was no lost package just part of there scam. So if your going to buy anything from the be prepared for a big headache to save $20. The old saying still stands you get what you pay for and the people that run this place are just modern day gypsies scaming people out of money.

If you are going to buy anything electronic or run off electricity beware it is usually BROKEN and /or missing parts. they do not always show pictures of defects. I bought 3 ceiling fans and most 2nd largest one was hacked up and the motor was faulty. smaller one said right on one of the box lids that the dome was broken, but none of their pictures showed that. OH AND I JUST CHECKED MY OTHER FAN AND IT IS NOT HERE! BTW IT WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE. Their shipping has been a joke since she was on ebay! They did refund me the missing item with no hassles.

Read the description and review the photos when buying new/other! If you’re not sure don’t bid, however so many great deals and the appointment system is working great. Everyone I have dealt with at SliBuy is great!

They are a slick bunch!
I bought a refurbished roomba I3+ robot vacuum.
They conveniently posted pictures of the top of the unit.
I turned it over and the dust bin is missing.
The rollers are missing.
The side brush is missing.
The filter is missing.
I looked a lot closer at other auctions and I see a pattern of taking pictures so that damaged areas are hard to notice.
I’ll wait until the last few items are delivered and forget I ever saw that site.

All of the front end warehouse consultants are very polite and personable. They remember most customers names. Orders are pulled in a timely manner while allowing customers to shop the warehouse.

I have purchased so much stuff from this company, literally some at 95% off retail and I would say 90% of it was in perfect if not like new condition. Some bidders do not excercise caution when bidding and do not review all the photos online.

I have won many auctions from this company. Sometimes the product is in great condition or just OK. But too often I have bought products that will not power up. It’s obvious that they do not plug-in items to make sure that they will at least power up. Other products arrived shattered because of improper packing and ruff handling by UPS. Which shipping charges are way over priced by the way. I have received many items that were listed as new, but we’re obviously extremely used and filthy. Not to mention many were broken, which was obvious. I have asked questions about auctions and did not receive answers until well after the auction was over, and it’s always the same canned answer. I quit this auction site. Buyer beware.

Follow up to my previous review. I’ve had three pick ups so far. Today I had to wait a bit even though I had an appointment. However, the staff tried very hard to get all of the forklift orders out. Again, very nice staff. I’ve been really happy with everything I bought. I may have to make some adjustments on things, but it’s doable!

85% of items are dead and broken regardless of "new/other" labeling. But what takes the cake was a bag of moldy shoes! Yep.. they. sold. mold ..

Slibuy has been an Exceptional Auction site for me to bid. (Luckily I live close to Slibuy’s auction house so I don’t have to pay the shipping fees.)
I have purchased items from Slibuy dating back to “2015”. Slibuy has saved me a tremendous amount of money over the years, allowing me to purchase so many things at an exceptional price reductions. I’ve won/purchased items from Slibuy Auction over the years that I never thought I would possibly be able to own. Thanks to all the savings with Slibuy I’ve been able to purchase many items not only for myself but also for my family & friends. After saving so much money on my winning items at Slibuy I can also bid on items to donate for organizations as well.
Tips to remember:
If you end up winning an item only to discover afterwards that you just won a broken item, or parts were missing, it’s more than likely your own fault for not doing any homework, only to later notice the obvious break or missing parts that were pictured in a photo. ALWAYS remember to READ every detail in an auction and thoroughly INSPECT every detail in each and every photo. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. So be certain that you know what you should be expecting before you bid on an item.
Always inspect your winning items before leaving the building. On the rare occasion Slibuy fails to provide a certain item that was pictured in your bid, you’ll be able to show that they failed to mention that a part was missing or that it was broken. Only then will you be able to hand over the flawed auction item and get a refund.

Well SliBuy scammed us they did a bate and switch on 3 items if I could post pictures here of the description, and then a picture of what was actually in the box. My items where supposed to be new factory, sealed and shelf pull no open box or even used

I just bid on an auction item and watched the time run out expecting to win it, only to see 24 hours added to the bidding time. One other time time I had won a bid only to find I was outbid with no time left. Either there is still bidding or something sneaky happening here.

I’ve been buying from Slibuy for sometime. My only problem is being a plus member. I wish they would have a separate line for plus members, for pickups. If they would do that. I think many plus members would be appreciative. Also I think there should be a separate site for plus members. Who are bidding on items Instead of being scattered throughout the bidding site.

Just bought a $40 item only to find out that there was a $6 buyers premium that was not disclosed until purchase

TURN AWAY! 6 out of 8 auctions recently won are in the dumpster! They were damaged, missing parts, heavily used, or chewed by RATS! One of my auctions I won, a lot of 22 items, was total trash. The pictures are very misleading. This deceiving place would auction off used tampons as long as it was hidden in a box! Not one of my items was worth keeping. They tell me that atleast 50% of their auctions are trash, that is the chance you take. Scam, scam, scam! BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased 17 items online for a total of $1,800. 14 were classified as "New/Other." Although I read their description of what New/Other meant, I relied on the photos. After I picked up the items, half were damaged way beyond what the photos showed. The S21 Ultra phone had a cracked screen - requiring $289 fix. They need much better quality photos and more of them from other angles, plus detailed descriptions. Something tells me they avoid those on purpose.

BEWARE - especially high-end items.

Garbage!!! over $300 worth of merchandise that said it was new. When I got it the air fryer it looked new came in the box ,it looked like it was not unboxed. until I opened it up when it wouldn't turn, on and it was so nasty inside with food. I got a commercial bunn coffee maker, that almost burned my house to the ground. They said it was also new,when I plugged it in and turned it on, ran my water through it ,filled it up and the thermostat wouldn't turn off and so the water started boiling and we didn't know it. I had left and came home to it boiling out everywhere. Super hot and I had to unplug. I've called Slibuy, left messages for return call can't get a call back.I bought everything using PayPal so I'm going to go through PayPal and get my money back. its garbage don't by anything from this company,they charge you 20 plus dollars for shipping on everything you buy. And it's someone else's garbage
VERY DISAPPOINTED NOT ONE THING OUT OF $300 THAT I BOUGHT WORKED AND SOME OF IT HASN'T EVEN SHOWED UP. Which may not be so bad it will keep me from having to pay dump fees to haul the stuff away!!

In the past I won several auctions that resulted in betting a good deal. You must be aware that items will likely be damaged or missing parts as they are all store returns so someone was unsatisfied with it. Recently things have changed. There are many items that reappear after the auction closes. I have bid on them multiple times and am always outbid as the last moment, only to have the exact same item (same photo, and serial numbers on the box) be relisted in a later auction. I doubt people are not finalizing their purchase unless the item description is incorrect in which case the description/pictures should change to reflect the correct condition. Seems SLIBUY is placing "shill" bids to drive up the prices. When they accidently win an item, they just relist it.

Company is bait and switch. Have yet to receive the same item listed in description and shown in their pictures. Most of the time, they'll take pictures that conveniently leave out the real item that's in the box. Examples:
-Purchased Orbi wifi mesh units - received Orbi units, but old ones that did not match pictures and several generations older than what what shown on the box in the pictures.
-Purchased Pro-Elite bike stand (description and box images). Received Zinus bed frame - actually had the bed frame brochure in the box, but they purposely left that out of the picture.
-Purchased automatic tennis ball machine. Received Kohler toilet seat in tennis ball machine box. OMG!
Don't purchase from this scam company. They sent me a response saying every purchase from their site is a "gamble." Um....OK, but I think my odds in the Las Vegas casino are significantly better than gambling with Slibuy where you're guaranteed to receive junk.
