You have appt scheduled but the items are not ready ,items should be picked already and wait for customer once he confirm appt time her 3 hrs wait for the items to be picked, ridiculous.warehouse system sucks

Poor descriptions of items, pictures of original box however not all items are in the box. The last shipment they failed to ship 1 of the items, said they brought it to UPS and their responsibility is over. Most likely they put it in the wrong box.

Bought two battery operated pool vacuums. One used one new/othet. Neither came with a charging cord. Useless! Why would you sell an item knowing it won’t be useable! Would never buy again from this site! Scam

I won my last item from them recently and it will be my last. The ceiling fan was supposed to be new/other. I inquired why it was a return...no answer. I inquired if all the parts were there..they replied they didn't know. So I gambled on it and won. When I got it, the box was smashed pretty badly, which isn't unusual from slibuy as most of the things I've bought from them have been extremely poorly packed. The instructions were not there, some of the bolts holding the fan blades were missing, the glass dome was broken, one of the blades was cracked and it was very apparent this item was NOT new and had been installed at one point in time. I knew there was NO point in wasting my time contacting them about this as have dealt with them in the past. THEY WILL NOT refund you anything! If something is missing...too bad. IF the AD states what is in the box and if it isn't in the box...they will swear it was there when packed up for shipping!!! I am tired of dealing with such thieves and liars. They have NO BUSINESS being in business!!!! DON'T waste your time or money on this site. Their deals may seem good but they don't show you it is busted, or missing parts or doesn't work. When you buy it...it is YOURS. Take a look at the reviews...they will swindle you in a heartbeat!!!

If I could have given this place a -5 stars I would have…they are very deceptive in that what they list as new is not, clearly the items I bought were used, the description said battery and charger included but were not. I checked the box before I left, discovered the discrepancies, went back in to customer service. All I wanted was a refund, however the nasty clerk was rude to me, and would not help me at all. It’s not right to list something as one way (new, all included) and then when you get the item it is completely different! This place only cares about money, not satisfied customers. Then she deactivated my account when I told her I was going to leave a bad review..really? Everything I have said is honest truth. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I buy something from this hole in the wall. I am a disabled person just trying to make it in this world and they are predators out there taking advantage of people like me. They should be embarrassed and ashamed. This place is a scam and they are rip off artists, plus the place is a mess and perhaps OSHA should investigate working conditions…just saying. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS, you will be RIPPED OFF AND DISAPPOINTED..

Dishonest company. Bought an item listed as new/other and this is what I received today. Clearly marked as defective and missing parts before they even received it. I understand there is a risk with auctions but they intentionally turn a blind eye to broken crap and sell it as new. The answer I got when reaching out to the company said they can't test every item that comes in. They didn't need to test it, they just have to learn how to read.
Don't waste your time or money. All the negative reviews are accurate.

Don't do it as tempting as it is. Do not download the app and start bidding and let me tell you why. My 2nd and last order had several issues. First when I went to pick up the order one of the items was not there. As in I bid and won an item they did not have. Second two of the items were not as described. I only bid on items labeled new however a paper shredder I purchased was not the one in the box. The item was not only used, did not work but was not the item listed in the add. It was from a completely different manufacturer. Now sliBuy opened this to take pictures and there is no way they shouldn't have been able to tell this was not only a totally different item but also it had been used. Third another item I bid on and won was not as described but they attempted to say the last pic in the ad which indeed was the item I received did not look like the first two pictures used to advertise the product. Not only that but whomever opened the box to take a picture for the site cut a huge hole in it. SliBuy refused to provide a refund even after advising them of false advertising for both products. I would strongly recommend you do not waste your time in purchasing anything from the auction site as it will probably not be the item described, not work or unusable. I know I won't make this mistake again! Unfortunately unable to post pictures here but I really believed o was getting a good deal and got swindled.

Shopped here for many years, some good items and not so good. Purchased and paid for 4 items had appt. When I checked in it said a 20 min wait, I was there for an hour. Received 3 of my 4 items, they refused to give me my 4th item that I paid for, because I did not have appt for it. They do not give you the option to make this doable when you have a existing appt. and end up winning something else. it is a hour drive and they have no cust serv values, they smirk in your face alot though. If they give me a refund, of $19.80 I am banned forever from shopping there. WOW really good business practice. SMH

they sent almost 700.00 worth of items. about 100.00 in added fees besides shiping which i never got. now i find they shipped without signature required or insurance for it. i mentioned filing a paypal claim and they threatened to put a hold on my account. STAY AWAY FROM THE SCUM!!!

It’s a Scam! Stay away. They sell you garbage. You will be disappointed!

They state new other and ship you old used products. They use different camera angles to deceive you.
I highly recommend any other store, than this one. No Customer loyalty, now they added a buyers premium on the used junk they try to pass off as new.

I learned that I was expecting two grandchildren a month apart, I started bidding and stocking upon baby items . Although the items are listed as new, I have bought three swings, 2 playpens, a bottle sterilizer that does not work. I have also purchased two air fryers that do not work. They look brand new but do not work. I would not recommend SliBuy.

Didn't work, parts missing, total junk

I bought a new/other air purifier from Slibuy. I just wasted $125,because it won't power on. No returns. I got ripped off. I have bought 4 other non electric items and they were ok. Shipping cost for the air purifier was about $20. Item was about 20lbs. I bought 2 other items last week that were shipped in the same box that weighed less than 12 lbs that cost almost $40 Shipping fees. Many people buy many items and resell on Ebay and Craigslist and make big profits. They live close enough to the return centers where high shipping costs doesn't matter. I doubt if I will buy anything from Slibuy.com again after getting screwed on the air purifier.

They use stock photos to sell products that don't represent the true condition of the items. Yet they are not concerned about the false advertising.

Sometimes a good deal, and then they run a auction with fake pictures and incorrect subject line and they will not make good on it. Today took 3 hours of waiting to pick up my 3 items. Ten minutes after they opened they were telling everyone they are "running behind" and it will take longer tan normal. How can you be behind in ten minutes? I won a auction that the picture showed two chairs, the auction subject lines said "chairs". I was given a box with one chair. I complained and was told the photo of 2 chairs is a stock photo, so is the subject line description. Because they only showed the inside of one box I only get one chair. Going to see if I can be leed plaintiff of a class action lawsuit to help everyone that did not get what was pictured or a broken item get their money back.

They are very efficient and friendly. Keep up the good work. Products are store returns for the most part so you get what you pay for. The plus’s outweigh the minus’s. Do your homework and ask questions, then you won’t be disappointed.

DO NOT BID ON ANY OF THE USPS FOREVER STAMP AUCTIONS. THERE IS A SHILL BIDDER "G****1" WHO RUNS UP THE BIDS ON EVERY SINGLE AUCTION OF THESE STAMPS. OBVIOUSLY, THIS IS THE SELLER PLACING SHILL BIDS. STAY AWAY!
