They were quick friendly and got the job done

I purchased multiple A&S Platinum Balanced Comfort mattresses and within one month, two of them (same batch) developed the same internal spring issue. The fault is intermittent and internal, not something that can be easily demonstrated visually, but it is clearly noticeable in use.
Despite providing extensive evidence including photos of the mattresses, labels, and SG bedframes, the warranty process has been frustrating. There have been repeated requests for additional photos and video evidence that does not meaningfully assist in assessing an internal issue.
The most concerning part is not just the product fault across multiple mattresses, but how difficult it has been to have the issue properly assessed and resolved.
Based on this experience, I would not purchase anything from SG purchase again.

We had a great experience at Sleeping Giant Taren Point. Ken showed us 4 different ranges and explained the differences. We tried all 4 and ended up buying one that met our needs. We were happy with the price. It will be delivered at the end of the week.

My wife and I came at the Marsden Park store and was served by Tegan, she was very helpful and knew what to recommend to is after letting her know what we were looking for for in a queen size bed frame and mattress. My Sleeping giant experience at home co Adelaide was 10/10, Liana is an absolute weapon! She knew everything, prices, what's in stock, what % each item was reduced by without look, all knowledge.. my mattress knowledge in minimal so after talking to an expert I actually got a mattress better suited to me and my back is the better for it!

The guys were so helpful as I have had a back operation and they moved my bed over to where I needed it so it would fit. Can't thank them enough as I'm on my own too, they were lovely. Will be recommending Sleeping Giant to a couple of groups I'm in.

Post building the workers left white paint all over my brown varnished floors, most I could get off with cleaning products but it took a while and a few scratches remained.

Similarity marks, dirty hand prints and sticky substance were left all over my white cupboard doors, again a lot to clean with a couple of permanent scratches

Black marks left on the bed frame itself, I assume due to white paint on my floor or from the fact they unpacked everything in the truck. These came off.

Scratch in the bed head and not painted properly in a few places.

All of the above except a few scratches & lack of paint, I could remove but it was hours of cleaning & I had paid $120 for the furniture to be put together to save myself time & hard work. That’s not what it saved me!

Also bed side tables were not unpacked or placed & I got told they weren’t doing that on their way out. These took time to unpack plus the drawers can’t come out making them extremely heavy to lift over the bed now built. They could have unpacked it and placed it prior to the build.

I didn’t sign for delivery build and myself being happy at first because as I told them I’m not happy. But they came back and I felt pressured to do so. I wasn’t happy and told them so.

Now for the actual bed. Whether a fault or just parts were not delivered, I don’t know.

There is no anti slip for the mattress and so when you tilt the mattress up (as it’s designed to do, to get to compartments underneath,) you can’t get the mattress back down without a lot of struggle & a pulled muscle, as it’s slipped under the bed head design.

The white bottom of the compartments is thin, unattached, no groove to lie in, just sitting there, if you move the bed you have to struggle to lift the heavy frame, with one hand, and use the other to try to move it back in place.

When you look at the drawers they look like two but are in fact just one big drawer. The timber was split when a screw was added. But the main flaw is the gap left above the drawers.They just don’t look like the drawer frame was designed properly to fit this bed frame.

When you call for support & to give feedback, there is no where to ring to get support. Each number answered put you through to a voice mail or pass you from one group to the other. Finally you’re given a form for a refund or warranty claim when I just want the parts built correctly or delivered if missing.

If I continue to get no response or find the right person to talk to I will ask for a refund

Salesman listened to what we wanted & liked, he wasn't pushy and was very helpful when completing the sale. Ours was in stock, so delivered a couple of days later. The delivery updates were great as I was at swimming lessons with the kids, so I wasn't hanging around waiting. Delivery men were excellent, polite, built the furniture & took the packaging away, no mess. 5 stars!

We had an amazing experience, it felt so seamless and the delivery was perfectly on time and even helped us set it all up - even being upstairs they did it all. They took away the rubbish and made sure it was all done correctly.
The product itself has been incredible. The material is beautiful and comfort level is amazing! We have so many beautiful pieces from Sleeping Giant and recommend to all!

Helpfulness all round and a very efficient team.

Careless and rough with fragile box, had a large mirror and they damaged box when asked to be careful was told it has padding it will be fine -

We purchased a bed including delivery. 2 delivery people delivered almost 100kg bed to house. When we got round to opening bed we discovered defects that may or may not have happened during delivery. We reported this to Sleeping Giant who are hiding behind “defects need to be reported within 7 days of delivery”. Staff in shop agree it should be covered by warranty but the warranty department does not agree. We have had our claim rejected for 3rd time so clear they are not going to repair the broken drawers.
I would not recommend buying a bed from them even though shop staff are friendly and helpful. If something goes wrong you will not be supported.

I have been a customer at Sleeping Giant for years. My husband and I bought our first bed and mattress from them when we first moved in together, and we have just recently upgraded our mattress with them again. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and their products have been good quality and well-priced.

I had never been into the Sleeping Giant store before. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They asked if I needed assistance and when I said no, they left me to browse without hassle.
When I asked for more information regarding a tallboy, they were very knowledgeable and keen to provide any information.
I haven't received my items yet, as they are on order, but I would definitely recommend taking a look around the store.
