Do not use this company. Rang for a holiday, booked my flights and said the hotel is no longer available. Couldn't cancel, so had to pay an extra £550 on top for a hotel I didn't really want. Awful company. AVOID!

Avoid this company — Misrepresented holiday and terrible service
We booked a trip with an agent named Royden, who was helpful at first but sold us a holiday that was nowhere near what was promised. He assured us it was a 5-star resort, but the hotel was dirty and the food was awful. To make matters worse, the aftercare customer service has been non-existent since we reported these issues. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Extremely disappointing - do not book anything with this company. Paid in full for a holiday & was then told it was no longer available. Offered the chance to pay £800 extra for something similar. Staff rude & unhelpful.

i called them up and spoke with a man called "sam watson", I was very skeptical at the start as they were £250 cheaper than anyone online however I took the gamble and booked. Once paid I didnt see a booking confirmation for days and thought I had been scammed. Then all the details come through...I cross referenced it with the flight company and hotel. They confirmed the booking was present.

As im writing this email im say by the side of the pool with a cocktail. The holiday was everything I expected it to be and will be reaching out to them again to book again in thr future. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones??

Horrible travel agents! Booked a holiday to Morrocco, they overcharged and then told me it was non-refundable and non-changeable.
The nanager picked up the phone and began shouting at me. Terrible customer service.

The hotel booked had so many negative reviews but they told me to pay nearly £900 to change the hotel.

They made their commission from their suppliers and didn't want to help out!

Please, please stay away from these cheats and fraudsters!
Have a good mind to report then to the IATA!

Romen been booked and I paid as we agreed 👍 for hotel when they took deposit of £255
He said the hotel fully booked,after when took my money,been reported to my bank as fraud,he try to put me on hotel 3 star instead 5 star ⭐,what he doddje company stay away, reported to my credit card for fraud,he doesn't want to know very bad,😞😞😞😞

We booked are holiday today, Royden was vey helpful and gave us all the information we needed, would recommend for anyone wanting to book their next holiday

DO NOT book a holiday with this place unless you want scammed. They'll tell you it's no longer available and say they only have one for a lot more... They'll blackmail you once you pay a big deposit and refuse to send you any booking confirmation unless you pay the total in full. I paid £600 deposit to a girl named Jessica Jones, she only spoke via WhatsApp calls, refusing to send any booking confirmation unless I paid it all in full. Refused to send any ATOL certificate until after 24 hours. Still haven't received any booking confirmation, they only send you flight reference numbers that they are in full control of it says when you go onto it they belong to someone else / another account. Complete scammers... Avoid like a plaque!!!

Royden was absolutely brilliant. Very patient and understood our requirements. Created a great deal for us and would definitely use this company and Royden again. 👍👍👍

Jason helped me out alot. Help me find a holiday abroad. I never done it before. Very much appreciated will definitely be using him again to find me the best deals.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I booked a holiday and paid straight away after being given a price, believing everything had been confirmed. Shortly afterwards I was told someone would call me back, but no one did. I had to keep chasing for updates and was repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened.

Eventually I was informed that the holiday had not gone through because the accommodation was no longer available, even though payment had already been taken. This was shocking and frustrating, especially as I had every reason to believe the booking was secure. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue properly, I was passed from one person to another and given conflicting information each time I called.

The communication was poor, the customer service was unhelpful, and I felt like I was being sent around in circles. I spent a lot of time making repeated calls and waiting for responses that never came. In the end I had no choice but to accept a refund, but that did not make up for the stress, inconvenience and disappointment caused.

This holiday was meant for my daughters, who had arranged annual leave and were really looking forward to it. Having to tell them that it was no longer happening because the booking had not been secured was heartbreaking. The whole experience caused unnecessary upset for my family and left me very dissatisfied with the way this company handled the situation.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Really bad experience with Flash Holidays. On the 28th May 2026 I booked a holiday for 4 people to Tunisia, originally departing from Birmingham on 16 June 2026, and paid £1,000 upfront after being quoted £1,355.
After payment, I was told the holiday was no longer available and was pushed into an alternative departing from Liverpool on 11 June 2026, which I did not want. I was then told I had to pay £955 on top.
I was extremely distressed on the phone and was even crying, repeatedly explaining that I could not afford it. Despite this, I still felt pressured into continuing.

I asked several times for call recordings/transcripts and booking references, but they were not provided. Instead, I was kept under pressure to make more payments.

Overall, this felt like a scam and a very pressured sales process. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

Booked a holiday to Egypt with Flash holidays.
Paperwork came through as Holiday Globe with Travelopedia Ltd on to.
Payment went to SKYBLUEHOLIDAYS. We got to Hotel to find it had been closed down for many months! Nobody answered our calls or 2 irate email. when we were stuck back at the airport. We had to book somewhere else ourselves. First contact was over 16 hrs later. Too late then.
Refusing to refund the money we paid for the hotel we didn't get. Offered some money and a holiday voucher. Would never go with any of them again.
Check your hotel is still operating so this doesn't happen to you.

Booked a holiday with a girl called Jessica, was told a certain price for holiday then when I paid deposit the price went up by over £100 , then tried to make me upgrade room without giving me a price , absolutely con artists

If you want to loose money then you book with this company and flashholiday/holiday globe they all sky holiday partner company.
I book my holiday with holiday globe partner company (jessica book my holiday )once i book everything after she(jessica)is asking more money about all taxes. She did not mention before.

Don't ever book through this company! I booked a penthouse with a hot tub, all inclusive, spa, steam,jacuzzi (well being 4 star hotel) Casamaia. Booked by cheeky trips Philip salt. Horrific! Penthouse didn't exist. Hot tub dismantled over 3 years ago! Nit all inclusive! A CLOSED HOTEL. Filthy dirty, no bar, no restaurant, NO STAFF closed. Told to use the sister hotel up the road! Sockets broken, shower tray cracked. It was a 2 bed slept 6!! Why would I book that on my own! And they wouldn't issue me with my boarding pass until I paid another £145 due to not getting me on the flight home!! Which after checking was NOT full. I have all the photos. The sister hotel has requested them to NOT sell the holiday as it in not a functional hotel!! I saw 4 other angry people there in 5 days! I've complained and told to wait 28 days!

Do Not Book a Holiday with these companies, Sky Blue holidays, globe holidays, Cheeky Fares, or Flash Holidays !!
They are nothing to do with Jet2, EasyJet or Ryan air when speaking with them they confirmed that they were affiliated with these companies but they are NOT in anyway connected to them in anyway booked my holiday to be told they wanted an admin fee over and above the price they said they could do the holiday for, then we never got the booking confirmation so rang them back x3 times to be given different details on the booking destination, flight numbers, mobile number etc.. this rang alarm bells 🔔 to me so I contacted the credit card company straight away to which I’ve been told they are looking into the fraudulent companies!
Then on the same day I received a text message saying they had cancelled my holiday which was for my birthday 😡 and told me I would not be getting a refund Massive Scam!! do not book with these companies can’t stress that enough just lucky I booked with my credit card which is now cancelled!!

Disgusting. Booked a holiday, agreed on a price, paid the deposit and then when I went to pay the remainder they wanted another £600. Even though the holiday on their site had gone down in price. They were so rude, told me if I didn’t pay they would pursue me for the money. Their customer service agent was so rude so I’ve had to file a dispute to get a refund. They’re still housing and threatening me now. I’m now receiving emails from flash holidays, holiday globe demanding money.
