Absolute nightmare service complete negligence and utter lack of respect for customers!
​We parked at the Stable Cottage car park and experienced what was hands down the worst airport parking service imaginable.
​After being delayed by a road accident, we phoned 30 minutes ahead to give them a heads-up that we urgently needed to get to the airport for a 17:45 flight. We arrived at 15:45 (2 hours before our flight). The staff member on-site explicitly assured us, "Don't worry, the shuttle leaves at 16:00 and you’ll be at the terminal by 16:15."
​Instead of helping us, they delivered a series of appalling delays and blatant lies:
​Blatant Dishonesty: The driver arrived at 16:10, locked the shuttle, and left to take a phone call and a cigarette break. Staff claimed he was on a mandatory break, but it became glaringly obvious they were intentionally delaying us to wait for another couple to arrive.
​NearMiss Flight: The shuttle didn't leave until the second couple turned up. We were dumped at the airport at 17:00 just 45 minutes before takeoff and almost missed our flight while desperately sprinting to check in our luggage.
​Stranded on Return with Young Children: On our return journey, we followed instructions and called 30 minutes before stepping out of the airport. We were left waiting in the cold for 1 hour and 20 minutes with two young children. Every time I called for an update, I was given the same copy-paste lie: "He's 5 minutes away."
​Leaving a family with toddlers stranded for nearly an hour and a half while repeatedly lying about arrival times is completely unacceptable. They caused unneeded panic on the way out and total misery on the way back. Avoid this abysmal service at all costs!

Parked at stable cottage cark park and ride. Flight landed at 11pm no one was there to pick us up had to phone a number in London several times and no one came until 12.45 am. Window must have been left open. On passenger side of car was flooded. And the car smelt really bad to drive home. Be aware of the 8 quid suprise charge per person per car for drop off and pick up. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Parked in stable cottage stock lane, it was awful the track was terrible, we arrived at 3am got left in the pitch black with a guy (member of staff to be believed) talking to us, who was rather racist and spitting everywhere, and then to arrive back home from our holiday no one was answering the phone, and when finally someone did the were rude and said they will be half an hour, we went out to the place we got dropped and there was several family’s there that couldn’t even get through to them, and when he arrived over an hour later he couldn’t tell us why he was so late, the poor family that had two young girls just getting back from their wedding had serious trouble getting through, we eventually got back to the farm in a silver mini bus the front screen was smashed and the smell of fumes gave most a headache, finding our key just put under the wiper in a bag and our car didn’t start, and when we confronted the driver he was rude didn’t have a care in the world tried to tell it was the battery, the car has never sounded like it did! We will not be using this company again and I wouldn’t even encourage people to either!

Well we all know parking lots can be scams but not these guys. Let me tell you i was late to drop my car off. misses was doing me head in but Subhan made sure that i got my car and the whole process on their webiste is seamless they make sure you get the bets deal and offer discounts havent see anyone else do that SKYbay parking thank you.
