Buyers be aware. I purchase a lot online, almost daily with hundreds of different suppliers, and I must say that this company is most probably the worst I've ever had to deal with. Product supposedly in stock, but 3 weeks and 3 phone calls later, I'm told each time; "your items are here, we will send them immediately"... Then on the 3rd call, I'm told everything is on hold. At no time did this company ever call me during this period. I have now canceled my order and have purchased with a more reputable company.

I've made an order of the RAK toilet on the 4th June. Before I made the order, I checked with their staff when will I get the order via online chat. They confirmed that I should receive my order in the following week after I make the payment with no problem. But after I submitted the payment, there's no update information, even no email confirmation of the order! I tried to contact them by online chat and the telephone number on their website but received no reply.

The vanity unit is well built and good value for money and the style was just what we were looking for. The service we received from Skrub was of the highest quality, with the delivery arriving quickly and tracking details working well.

Just brilliant. Skrub had what we were looking for at reasonable prices, so we called the customer service team with a couple of questions, they were polite and helpful. We placed the order and it arrived the very next day! Superb stuff. Will use again. Thank you Skrub.

Ordered a shower screen over a month ago called them after 2 weeks they promised it would be delivered the following week had no contact, no shower screen and now just get an answer phone message when I call them. Worried this might be a scam and they may have just taken my money.

Two weeks to end up requesting a refund on a shower screen that was displayed as a 3 day delivery. now. It returning my phone calls today. My client is going crazy at me, caused a bad reputation mark against my name. This client is a well respected member of my local community so you’ve shown me right up. Thanks!!

We ordered a vanity unit through Skrub over a month ago and we are still waiting for it to arrive.
We were initially told it would be 3-5 days and heard nothing from the company. After sending an email and also putting two requests through their online chat I phoned Skrub to see what was happening with our order. I was told that they would look into it and call me back. However, as two days later I still hadn't heard anything.
On my next phone call I was put through to a team leader who assured me that he would look into this. After more chasing, eventually I was told that it would definitely arrive by Friday (the last day our bathroom fitter was here).
The unit still hasn't arrived, so we are down over a thousand pounds and will need to pay for someone to come back and fit the unit when / if it does arrive.
The service and communication has been unacceptable and I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Particularly if you need your item to arrive in a reasonable time frame!

Ordered a RAK Ceramic sink basin unit which wasn't delivered at all. When I contacted the Chat support the response was real slow so I called up - on numerous occasions no would pick up. On one occasion someone did pick up - he was pilot and friendly, apologised for the inconvenience and said will process a refund. It's been over 2 weeks and no refund.

Excellent quality when using this company. From the initial consultation where Tom brought my vision together and helped decide the finial touches, which I have to admit looked better then my original idea. He was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted to create. To the instillation and finish. We are in love with our new shower and bath.

I am very impressed with my experience ordering with Skrub, I don’t usually read or leave reviews as usually they don’t mean a great deal. However, I just wanted to say thank you for helping me with my bathroom renovation. Very happy with my products.

Not sure why people are saying their customer service is excellent. It's not. They ignore emails, phonecalls, leave us on hold, not phoning back, constant contradictory lies regarding status of our month old order including; delivery was attempted and we weren't in, problems with it being out of stock, 3 separate dates to expect it, it'll be sent express when its back in stock. None of it true. Not complaining it was out of stock, but the staff were extremely unhelpful and from the looks of other reviews its a persistent problem at this company. We should not have to constantly chase things up after they've happily taken money for an item they don't stock for a month. Save yourself hassle and shop elsewhere.

My product arrived on time and I'm very happy with it.
Would definitely recommend Skrubs for all your bathroom needs.
Costumer service was brilliant and helped in every way they could.

Super efficient company.. answered a query I had about a product straight away..they have a customer friendly website and superb customer services.. highly recommended.

Great experience with these guys. Always helpful with any questions and when asked to do deliver on a specific date it arrived on time. Will be recommending this company to family and friends.

I wish I looked at trust pilot before purchasing from this tin pot company. They advertise a 5 star rating which is clearly untrue.
We ordered a urinal divider to match an existing one we have in place. After 3ish weeks we still didn’t have it. Only to be told they don’t actually have it in stock. We tried numerous times to get in touch in that time. When we did actually get through we were told someone would get back us and didn’t.
The resolve they offered to us was a substitute that was nothing like the one we ordered. We would recommend you look elsewhere do not buy from skrub

Absolutely terrible 1st time buying experience from Skrub. Bought a shower screen as it seemed a reasonable price and the website seemed to show a reputable company however the item was out of stock for another 2 weeks.
Firstly I don't think it's right that items should show in stock when they're not, however these things happen. Skrub customer service explained that they didnt know it was out of stock until someone buys them. Strange that i checked back 3 days later and it was still showing in stock...

Skrub were supposed to be sending alternatives however this never happened. Item was due in stock on 18th however we were awoken at around 6:45 in the morning by a courier banging on the door with the shower screen.

I then received a phone call at around midday to apologize for the mixup but that delivery would be made later in the day and they would call before delivering...

Brilliant team who respond immediately. The online chat it great. One team member offered to keep the chat open if I needed any assistance with the fitting of my item.
