I love my Omnillux devices! My 10 minutes of red light has become a beautiful little self care ritual already. Skin Shop sent the order swiftly and the service was great. I’m delighted!

Absolutely fantastic first experience!
I just moved to Dublin and came across this website by chance. They stock an incredible range of products and to say the delivery was great is an understatement. The product was delivered almost withing 24 hours! Amazing! Just hope the product itself is as good 😊 ! I will definitely be using them as my go to in the future!

Extra charge from my bank account…why?
Have ordered in the past with no issues but a recent order I was charged an extra €49 for no reason. Happy with products but unhappy with this extra charge for an additional order I did not make? Tried to contact company via email but no response.

Quick delivery, No free sample that they asked to choose from a long list
Shipping was quick but they didn’t include the one free sample they asked me to choose from a long list before checkout. I wouldn’t mind if there’s no freebie but asking the customer to choose one and even including it in the receipt?? Naaahh.

Bought numerous skin products
Bought numerous skin products. None of the product ingredients list matches the ingredients list on the official skin care distributor for each products. One product I would say oh maybe the company changed the formulation but not three different products.

Besvarelse fra SkinShop.ie
Hi Ashling,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Please rest assured that all of our products are 100% genuine and sourced exclusively from authorised distributors. Occasionally, brands update their formulations or region-specific ingredient listings, which may lead to discrepancies between packaging and online descriptions. That said, we take your concerns seriously and would like to investigate further.
If you're able to email us directly at orders@skinshop.ie with the product names and details of the differences you noticed, we’ll raise this with both the brand (SKIN1004) and our distributor to provide clarity. We're committed to ensuring that our customers receive only the highest quality and authentic products.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention – we hope to resolve this promptly for you.
Kind regards,
SkinShop Customer Service

Medicube: Deep Vita C capsule cream
Purchased this product from The Skin Shop recently. I love the cream, and apply it at night 15 minutes before then applying the Collagen Night Wrapping Mask, which I leave on overnight. My skin is literally glowing when I remove it in the morning. I highly recommend these 2 products.
