Do not purchase products from this company, as they continue to take money from your account months after your initial encounter... my wife contacted them when this first happened and cancelled her order ... then a couple of months later the same thing happened again. There's a customer service telephone number but this won't allow you access to talk to anyone ... CANCELLING IS SEEMINGLY IMPOSSIBLE

I set up a subscription for shampoo and conditioner, didn't love the product and the subscription went to the back of my mind. When I logged into my account later it said I had no active subscriptions, so I thought I must have cancelled and forgot that I did that. Few days later money was charged to my account for the subscription that I couldn't see or cancel from my account. I got a response from customer service that I couldn't see it because I had set the account up after purchasing a subscription, which is strange as I didnt set an account up at any other time other than the purchasing of the shampoo. Then if you want to return an item you got to pay for the return yourself. Its too much hassel. You can get better options at another retailer which at least free returns are available.

Early days using their product for dry skin on eyes but my initial experiences is that the product actually stings my skin when applying it and there is no improvement in the skin issue. Disappointing.

I made an error when ordering. When I called skin shop it took a couple of tries but when I got through-my phones speaker broke! (has happened on other calls since) So I emailed instead. my email was answered quickly (by Jennifer G) who offered to cancel my order ( even though it was my fault) I could then order the item I should have ordered. The next day the customer service team called back due to the missed call to see if they could help. Happy with the service. Too early to rate the Kalme product range. Seems ok for rosacea so far.

Terrible customer service. Order didn't arrive even though I paid extra for next day courier delivery. Impossible to contact this company by phone or other means, except writing a letter, to find out what has happened. Avoid !

Terrible customer experience, over the phone and on their website and email .
Seems like they are not interested in helping their customers or keeping a business running .
Unable to place an order called and I was told they could do it at a more expensive rate not with the subscription.
The website gives a server error, sent a ticket with screenshot and no help provided.
I got an email to say you can contact us .
Then I will have to create yet another ticket with no reply !!!

I emailed this lot twice with a question. No response. Phoned the number. I was told to go on the website and create a ticket. They clearly don’t want any contact with customers. I’ll take my custom elsewhere.

Third order now from this company and made a double order. Delivery was fast and efficient again. Can’t fault the shampoo at all, after years of sore itchy scalp this product continues to make a huge difference!!!

Advertise 10% off first order but its a scam. Do everything they ask but still no discount. Marketing lies. Offer it and honour it or don't offer it at all.

Generally regarding kalme products they are really good and it continues to help with my rosacea but the customer services is another matter. If anything goes wrong with their website they deny it and says there's no problem so you miss out on either ordering, free gifts or using the points you have built up. The customer services are very blunt and uninterested in any issue and don't give a damn attitude. If it wasn't for the good products I wouldn't continue to buy from them

I don't understand the bad reviews for here, maybe I'm just lucky I've always had a positive experience. I came across the hydrosil eye gel after simply googling what I could use to get rid of some eczema on my eye lid a few years ago. I loved this product so much I've bought again and again as found it cleared it up within a couple of weeks. I've also bought the odd other item from their ranges, and again I've always been pleased and I will continue to buy from them.

This review is purely based on their review system. Negative review not accepted on product for their website. Either reviews are nolonger being monitored since around the time I left mine or it was rejected. Either way it doesnt look good when the product has rave reviews yet mine hasnt appeared. It would make me cautious buying their products in future as I now feel I cant trust the reviews system they run. If a company is making promises on health then in my opinion the reviews should be closely monitored and done genuinely.

I ordered Kalme full range on my cousins recommendation as she have positive experience with product I have negative after almost 10 days use my face is extreme red itchy and dry so painful I had to stop using it and posted back for refund skincare been kind enough to take item back but I had to pay the postage overall my experience not been very good I believe every product isn’t for every skin but I must say this don’t look made with natural products to me the way it left me with extremely bad skin reaction

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a long time since I’ve been using their scalp shampoo for over a year now. I suffer with psoriasis, it’s super uncomfortable, itchy, flaky, sore/bleeds etc. I have used most pharmacist treatments / shampoo products which all seem to never help. Immediately after starting and regularly using the Oregon Anti-plaque Shampoo it eases my scalp and condition so much. I’m so grateful for this product and really recommended it to anyone struggling with similar conditions!!!

Big thank you to The Skin Shop. Would love to see a psoriasis scalp serum one day.

I’ve been suffering with a very itchy, scaly scalp for a while. I’ve tried the coal tar shampoos & fragrance free etc, nothing seemed to work. Also I have to use conditioner on my hair & could never find one that matched the shampoo I was using. Until I saw an advert for SkinShop Oregon product on Facebook. I will admit I was very sceptical but I gave it a go & I am so glad I did!! I’ve been using it every day since mid February & my scalp is amazing, no itchiness, no scaliness & my hair is lovely & soft. Yes, ok the shampoo hasn’t got the best smell, the conditioner has no smell but it’s a small price to pay. I’m only half way down my first bottles as a little goes a long way. I would most definitely recommend!!

I bought Hydrosil Dry Eye Gel, which wasn't cheap. The product is completely useless. No - less than useless as it aggravated my skin. Invited to review the product by email. Reviewed it negatively. Did they publish it? Did they feck.

Rubbish Don’t fall for the hype ! Only good thing was fast delivery. Products over priced. Much cheaper with similar brands. No free gift after spending over 30£. I contacted their Cust setvice who said they could nt send free gift as it had already been shipped !! A waste of money and time !!

Have used numerous times in the past and continue to go back. Have found the silver serum is one of the only moisturisers than my skin agrees with, and the face wash leaves my face feeling clean and fresh. Had an issue with my most recent order in that I was supposed to get a free gift but didn't see anywhere on the order page to claim it. When I sent an email to ask about this I was initially told there was nothing they could do, but when I said I wanted to cancel and reorder they agreed to add in the gift 'manually'. Delivery is quick and free (over a certain amount, I think). Will continue to use in the future.

Firstly, the products are great. I regularly use the Kalme cleanser, 25 SPF moisturiser, night cream and I am a huge fan of the chameleon concealer.

I am not sure what has been going on with the company lately, and I think they're struggling with deliveries. Their communication is poor. I have been using them for a long time, and I'm disappointed in the customer service.

I called them a few months ago to find a product (under eye fluid). The lady didn't understand and put me through to customer services and I was hung up on. Basically their products have changed in appearance, and they didn't inform people by email about the changes and I couldn't find the product.

It was delivered late because their delivery was late.

I ordered my usual products on 24th February and the prices have gone up a lot. No information about an increase in costs to their customers by email. Nothing at the time of ordering about delays. I logged in to check. 'Awaiting product delivery'.

I used to order when I was nearly empty because delivery was speedy. Now I'm waiting for weeks or a month at a time.

I am starting to look for replacement products now from another company. Such a shame as I have recommended the Skin Shop (UK) to so many people.
