Still waiting for a refund to be issued as promised but still not received any confirmation for this refund. This has been a horrible experience for me and dealing with customer service has been a nightmare

Love their products. Won't use anything else now. They genuinely work and when bought on discount are great value.

I ordered a skin serum and the day after saw they had a kit with the same serum in with other items for not much more money. Before I ordered the kit I asked if I could return the skin serum for a refund before I ordered the kit and was told yes. I ordered the kit and when I received the serum I emailed to get a return address and was told it would be store credit only.i am now invested in two products when I wanted one and this has now put me over budget for the month in regards to spending. Really not impressed I don’t want credit. If an item is unopened even down to the box it should be refunded as per trading standards

Lovely company. Received my Zo skin products and they are amazing. Only thing is delivery could have been quicker , it took few days to come. But love the reward system.

I’m new to this but great products and a REALLY great company to deal with (unlike many). I would recommend to anyone.

Every time I’ve shopped with them it’s been a fairly pleasant experience. Delivery is always on time and they’re always in stock of everything I want. They’ve removed some of their ingredients lists, which I don’t like but that’s the only negative I can think of.
