I ordered online 3 times from Skin Pharmacy. I would say overall I'm happy with original products and quick delivery but they can be a bit more generous on testers. I was disappointed to get my 125 gbp order with no testers at all. I use other retailers based on the product and always get great testers which is a great way to explore different brands/products

Have used Skin Pharmacy for quite a few years now and the customer service is outstanding. If I need advice on skin concerns/products there is always someone to talk to to help and recommend. I would certainly recommend them. I even spoke to them on a Sunday afternoon!! They also have a rewards program which gives you money off future products .

I trusted the advice of your skincare experts, but this product caused significant harm instead of improving my skin.

Within the first few uses, I noticed my skin reacting badly and stopped using it. However, after the team contacted me, I was advised to continue as I was told this was a normal part of the process. Instead, my skin became severely damaged, leaving me with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, dark brown, purple-brown, and grey patches, uneven skin tone, and a damaged skin barrier. Over eight months later, the damage is still visible.

I was never warned about how strong the product was, how to introduce it safely, or the risks for darker skin tones. I’ve since spent hundreds of pounds, including seeing a dermatologist, trying to repair the damage. I regret trusting Skin Pharmacy’s advice over seeking medical expertise from the start.

I spent over £200 on products that left my skin far worse than before. As a commercial model, this has affected both my confidence and my work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I have used Skin Pharmacy for a while now and always buy Alumiermd products the delivery and products are always good. However they did bring a reward scheme which I have found not very customer friendly and I have lost lots of points due to not understanding how it works properly.

Product Refresh - skin review
After using the same products for a number of years, I wanted to get some advice on some new products. Skin Pharmacy provided me with a really informative telephone consultation. Paloma was fab! She listened to what I wanted to achieve and recommended some new products and provided me with a skin care daily plan. I love skin pharmacy and highly recommend.

Quick response and great customer service. Flexible and helpful

I placed an order with paid next-day delivery. For two days, the seller repeatedly claimed that the parcel had not been collected by the courier, which was clearly untrue. On the third day, I received a notification stating that the item had been dispatched with a different courier, only to then receive a refund the following day, with the order cancelled by the seller.

This is an entirely dishonest retailer — they mislead customers about dispatch and show a complete disregard for people’s time. I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this seller if you wish to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and the need to source the item elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful service, SkinPharmacy.

Where to begin… Trying a new website can sometimes feel like a gamble — not every first experience is a good one. I placed my order and it arrived within a few days, but I’d accidentally selected the wrong cleanser. Completely my mistake, not theirs.

I got in touch unsure whether an exchange would even be possible, given the error was mine. From the first message, they made everything straightforward and stress-free. Clear communication, regular updates, and my replacement was issued promptly.

A genuinely great first impression and customer experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
