The items I ordered arrived promptly and communication was good. I was, however, slightly disappointed that all the packaging for the products is damaged. There are marks on all the boxes (I ordered three identical products) which means I cannot use them as gifts.

I didn’t place an order on their website. I applied for an e-commerce internship with the company and, as part of the application process, they asked me to complete a task. I spent a lot of time on it and sent it over, but I never heard back from them, not even to let me know whether I’d progressed or not.
I just think that’s really unprofessional, especially when you’re asking candidates to complete tasks that take time and effort. If you’re going to ask people to do work as part of an application, the least you can do is actually let them know the outcome instead of completely ghosting them.

I received my items, one of them had been damaged in transit but Nina from customer service was really helpful and sent me a replacement. They have a great choice of health and beauty,I would happily shop from them again.

I love these guys
I love these guys, they are still so very personal and quick to answer. All the products are tested, brilliant and not just passed on. I love the trial sachets and always end up buying whatever they send me to try.

I love that Skindays stocks both niche & most loved skincare products under one roof. I was looking for Jeumont's Reuseable Under Eye Mask without needing to pay extortionate delivery fees and Skindays was the answer! I love the community element of the platform and their beautiful pop up shops.
