Tutto perfetto!ero seriamente preoccupata dopo aver visto tutte quelle recensioni negative, ma per fortuna non è successo nulla di quello descritto malgrado anche io abbia fatto l' ordine sul sito ufficiale coreano. Non ho pagato tasse doganali, non ho trovato prodotti rotti etc ...sono felice! Ho fatto pure le foto del pacco nel caso qualcuno non ci credesse....

I had a terrible experience with SKIN1004. I was charged for a product that never arrived, and when I contacted customer service, they kept silent for 3 months and outright rejected my claim without any meaningful investigation or support at the end. No refund, no replacement, just a cold dismissal. This is completely unacceptable for any company, let alone one that markets itself as trustworthy.

I’ve essentially lost money for nothing, and their refusal to take responsibility speaks volumes. I will never order from SKIN1004 again and strongly advise others to be cautious. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to help; you’re on your own.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing from this website. The box came beat up and already open. The one spray I got had leaked all over everything the box was soaked. Upon emailing them about it I stated I had NOT OPENED that specific product and was willing to send it back if they could send me a new one, they stated I had to send a picture of the shipping box.? lol when I’m stating I didn’t open the product willing to send back unopened or used. It’s just bullshit and too much trouble for something that took 12 days to get to me.

This is the worst brand I will never ever order from their website i ordered products for 77 Canadian dollars and this people slapped me with a custom tax without telling me,they brought my product to the house and send through ups didn’t call my number,took my product away claiming I wasn’t around,no emails from them confirming they came to deliver products just nothing like,they telling me to pay customs fee something they never mentioned about,I reached out to them and they claiming it’s their policy this is the worst brand to order never order from them and I will never ever order any of their products.

When I placed my order through your online platform, there was no clear indication that customs charges would be applied separately by the courier service later at the delivery. I was contacted by DHL and informed that I was required to pay additional customs charges before receiving my order. This unexpected expense was not something I had budgeted for, and it immediately created a frustrating situation. Adding to my disappointment, even after I raised the issue, there was a complete lack of attention or support from SKIN1004 side. I contacted the team to express my concerns and request assistance, yet I received no meaningful response or resolution. This has further compounded the inconvenience and shown a disturbing disregard for customer's experiences.

Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst bij Skin1004 ter waarde van 60 euro. Tijdens het afrekenen stond er duidelijk dat de belastingen 0 euro waren en dat de levering gratis zou zijn. Tot mijn grote verbazing moest ik achteraf wel douanekosten betalen waar ik vooraf totaal niet over geïnformeerd was. Dit voelt echt misleidend. Als klant verwacht je transparantie over bijkomende kosten, en die was er hier absoluut niet. Ik bestel hier nooit meer. Ze moeten dringend hun communicatie verbeteren!

Great products, if you don't buy them on their official website! They purposely scam you, so be careful. I never received my product, because it got automatically returned. I'm aware of the occurrence of custom fees, but I never got a notification beforehand, so I wasn't aware WHEN such fees could occur. The only notification I did get, was when they automatically returned my package, THANKS! Contacted the support multiple times, because I want my money back. Well, they just kept ignoring me and I'm sure they will keep on doing so. As I said, great products, but only if you buy them from somewhere that isn't their official website. TERRIBLE customer support and TERRIBLE website. RIP 70$.

I recently purchased products from SKIN1004 and was extremely disappointed. The items arrived in an open box and appeared to be damaged. Who would want to put facial skincare products on their face when they arrive in such a poor condition? Additionally, the quality of the products did not meet my expectations at all. I strongly advise caution before purchasing from this company.

I wouldn't wish these products on my worst enemy. I have used a lot of Korean skincare, and was looking for a new suncream option after mine became difficult to find in the US. After a single use of the Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum, I had a horrible breakout on my chin and around my mouth. I am not prone to acne, nor do I have overly sensitive skin, but I suddenly had a huge breakout that was long-lasting, stubborn and simply awful. It caused acne scarring, and to this day I do not have the clear skin that I did before I tried this faulty product. Now I understand that skincare products are variable, and that this will not be everyone's experience with the suncream. However, when I contacted the company regarding this difficulty, and asking to return the rest of my products in my order, I was met with the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Skin1004 demonstrated a shocking lack of concern for even answering my emails. The interaction dragged on for months, with many weeks going by where Skin1004 simply went silent, and they only answered when I brought up that I would be leaving reviews, and taking to social media. When they did answer, it was clear they had not read what I said, and did not react appropriately to my concerns. This company has zero interest in standing by their product, let alone addressing customer service concerns. Do not purchase from them if you want to keep clear skin, or expect any kind of customer service if something goes wrong. This company is shady at best, and a scam at the worst.

Hice un pedido para que lo entregaran en Portugal, entró en aduana, mandé todos los documentos que me pedían desde aduana, tras un mes me indicaron que los productos iban a ser devueltos a la empresa en Corea. He intentado contactar con la empresa a través de múltiples correos, bien para que me entregaran el paquete de nuevo o para que me devolvieran el dinero, y no he obtenido ninguna respuesta. Hice un pedido de 84€ y he perdido ese dinero, son unos estafadores, os recomiendo no comprar en su página web bajo ningún concepto.

Op 4 februari 2025 plaatste ik een bestelling bij Skin 1004. Inmiddels is het een maand later en heb ik mijn pakket nog steeds niet ontvangen.

Op hun website stond dat ik het pakket binnen 5-9 werkdagen zou ontvangen, maar na een week wachten, kreeg ik te horen dat het tot wel 39 dagen kon duren. Dit was al een eerste teleurstelling.

Op 24 februari zag ik via de track and trace-code dat mijn pakket bij de douane in Nederland was, maar ik ontving geen enkele communicatie van Skin 1004 over mogelijke douanekosten of vertragingen.

Op 2 maart besloot ik contact op te nemen met Shipgate om te vragen waarom mijn pakket zo lang bij de douane vastzat. Ze adviseerden me om contact op te nemen met mijn lokale postdienst, PostNL. Na contact met PostNL bleek dat er douanekosten van toepassing waren, iets waar ik geen melding van had ontvangen. Dit zorgde voor verwarring, aangezien ik niet op de hoogte was gesteld van de te betalen kosten.

Mijn advies aan anderen die een vergelijkbare situatie ervaren: als je pakket vastzit of niet updatet, neem dan zelf contact op met je lokale postdienst. Hoewel ik las dat veel mensen douanekosten moesten betalen voor bestellingen boven de 70 euro, viel mijn douanekosten uiteindelijk mee – ik moest slechts 30 euro betalen. De factuur vermeldde dat er 21% BTW werd berekend over elk product, inclusief cadeautjes.

Al met al was de lange wachttijd, het gebrek aan communicatie van Skin 1004 en de onduidelijke informatie over de verwachte levertijd erg frustrerend. Gelukkig was Shipgate wel behulpzaam en PostNL ook.

Als je overweegt bij Skin 1004 te bestellen, ( wat ik in iedergeval nooit meer zal doen ) wees je dan bewust van de langere verwerkingstijd en de mogelijkheid van extra douanekosten, die je mogelijk niet van tevoren te horen krijgt.

Wat ook nog belangrijk is om te weten, als jij producten met korting besteld, komt dit NIET op de factuur te staan. Op de factuur staat alles wat je besteld hebt met mogelijke korting als originele prijs. Dus als je douanekosten moet betalen, betaal je de 21% btw over de 'normale'prijs en niet de korting prijs over elk product.

I am deeply disappointed with Skin1004’s customer service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them about my missing order, they have completely ignored my messages. I have sent several emails and tried following up, yet I have received no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, not knowing where my parcel is or if I’ll ever see my money again. This lack of communication is unacceptable for any business, and I can’t recommend Skin1004 to anyone who values prompt and reliable customer support.

Une expérience catastrophique – Service client inexistant et pratiques douteuses

L’une des pires expériences d’achat jamais vécues. J’ai passé commande pour un montant de 63,52 €. Mon colis a été expédié via Chronopost, qui s’est encore illustré par son manque de sérieux. Le colis est arrivé à Paris, mais sans jamais m’être présenté, il a été directement retourné sous le prétexte de “non-volonté de paiement du tiroir de douane”. Or, je n’ai jamais été informé de cette démarche ni eu la possibilité d’effectuer le paiement.

Malgré 6 relances auprès du service client, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Aucune explication, aucun suivi. Pour couronner le tout, sur les 63,52 € payés, je n’ai été remboursé que de… 0,52 €. Où est passé le reste de mon argent ?

J’ai déjà signalé cette situation à Signal Conso France et la DGCCRF pour pratiques commerciales abusives.

Je déconseille fortement cette enseigne à quiconque. Si vous tenez à votre argent et à un minimum de respect en tant que client, passez votre chemin.

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order for €63.52. My package was shipped via Chronopost, a company well known for its unreliability. The package reached Paris but was never presented to me and was directly returned with the excuse of “refusal to pay customs fees.” The problem is that I was never informed about any customs payment or given the chance to settle it.

Despite 6 follow-ups with customer service, I received no response. No explanation, no support. To make matters worse, out of the €63.52 I paid, I was refunded only… €0.52. Where did the rest of my money go?

I have already reported this situation to Signal Conso France and the DGCCRF for abusive commercial practices.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. If you value your money and being treated with basic respect, avoid it at all costs.

I ordered from the company on the 25th Jan 2025, slapped with a tax bill more than my order from South Africa. No response from UPS when they say that FedEx will deliver there’s discrepancies on the invoice emailed skin1004 no response tried calling UPS agent couldn’t get a hold of them emailed the agent no contact made. This is ridiculous to pay more than my order. This company needs to be reported.

I ordered skincare products from Skin1004 for my mother, spending $86.48. However, they deliberately inflated the order value to $230+ on customs documents. This resulted in an outrageous customs tax bill of nearly $70 for items I never actually paid that much for!

Skin1004 blatantly disregarded the discounts applied to my order, knowingly misleading customs. This is not only unethical but also illegal in both Korea and Italy.

I have tried repeatedly to contact them through email, Instagram, and other channels, but they have completely ignored my attempts to resolve this issue.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SKIN1004. They are a scam company that will overcharge you and then refuse to take responsibility for their actions. I am absolutely furious and will be exploring all available options to rectify this situation

Great products makes up for the expensive shipping (with tracking) and weird conversion fee but what do you expect when ordering from Korea. Its really affordable products but they have a minimum order amount :( I think it was $40 but you get free samples and gifts :)

I had the same experience as the other reviews. I placed my order for 67€, they declared it as 178€ and I now have to pay 72€ in taxes and duty. This consists of illegal tax declaration and because I provided my payment proof, the authorities have sent back the package to skin1004 because of illegal tax declaration. When I contacted the brand they said they will not refund anything as it’s not their fault or their problem… this is a scam please avoid it at all costs.
It’s such a painful process to get the money back, please save yourself. This brand is a SCAM and I hope to see their downfall one day.

I placed an order on 1004 for €69. The invoice clearly stated that there were no taxes and no delivery fees. However, when the package arrived, I was asked to pay €73 in additional taxes to collect it!

This is completely unacceptable and something I’ve never seen before. Their website clearly advertises “zero taxes,” but it’s nothing more than false advertising. When I contacted them for an explanation, they told me, “it’s our policy.” What kind of policy? The policy of scamming customers?

This site lacks transparency and uses dishonest practices. I absolutely do not recommend buying anything from them!

i placed an order that costs 85,60$ but you declared 319$ to customs and now i have to pay 92$ as custom fees. This is illegal and i contacted you to get the real invoice but no response then my local transporter and because what i paid do not match the declared value, they returned it to skin1004. I'll have to report this as a fraud to korean customs if no solution is provided. And i invite everyone else to do the same. Their refund policy is illegal
