What a fantastic service. Skis arrived when we asked for them, great quality kit (far better than the usual ski rentals) and a continuous follow up through the week, helping or replacing items when asked and at a time to suit us. Knowledgeable and friendly team. Will definitely use again, and again. Thanks Rob

Not the cheapest but communication was excellent and they came to our chalet when we arived late (after10.00pm) and fitted skis.. also came back next day early to make small changes.. skis were alsonin good condition.

Great equipment, nothing was too much trouble , great communication , delivery to our chalet was fab …… we had no equipment issues but we opted to snow board a couple of days , equipment changes were done swiftly with zero fuss !

Just returned from a week holiday in the 3 valleys and Ski Doc were excellent. Always on hand to help with ski equipment, came straight to the chalet promptly with lots of advice if needed. Eliot and Thomas were very professional. Great company - definitely highly recommended:)

Great communication from the team on when our kit would be fitted, plus an option to rearrange until later.
All kit fitted well and in good condition - boots were new. The best price too when compared to the rental shops.

Excellent service - pre-ordering and having equipment delivered to & fitted on-site in accommodation is so much more convenient than queueing in a shop. Plus flexible options offered to change equipment if needed or desired, although we didn’t put this to the test.
Small hiccough with 1 order, but good call-out after-care support also in place to fix issues.

I echo all the other completely positive reviews on here. I hope they can turn a profit because if so this is a game changing model. As another reviewer has said, there is literally no need to go to a ski shop again.

A really great service that I would recommend without hesitation. The quality of the equipment was very good (we hired at the top level, and 2nd to top level). Our ski technician met us right in our chalet, And collecting equipment took 10 minutes. So much better than trekking to a ski shop and waiting in a queue. I also changed my boots and my skis halfway through the week which was facilitated with no fuss whatsoever, and with about 4 hours notice. No additional charge either! Communication was fantastic throughout. The quality of the boot fitting and advice received was also fantastic. To top it all off it was the cheapest rental option where I was staying, and easily the best! Will definitely use again. Shout out to Thomas for taking such good care of us!

Great experience with SkiDoc! Delivery on arrival at chalet, staff very friendly and patient with our big group. On first day when asked to change boots, arrived within an hour to change for better fitting boots, definitely helped made our holiday a big success! Thanks!

Ski doctor provides an excellent service, from the communication, delivery and collection point of view. After first day you will get a text message that you can exchange your equipment if you are not happy. I definitely recommend.

Exceptional service, delivered quality products directly to our chalet for our group of 14 people. Communication was excellent and they were happy to exchange any items as required. Would definately use them again and recommend to others.

Absolutely brilliant experience with SkiDoc. Dropped our equipment to the chalet the same night we arrived so we were ready to ski first thing. All the boots etc. fit well first time, and when the kids inevitably changed their mind and wanted to swap from skis to snowboards or visa versa SkiDoc dropped the new equipment to the chalet that same day.
Can't rate them highly enough and will absolutely be using them again in future!

Everything they promised, they performed. Three of our party arrived later that day. Was no problem for them. They came back later that evening to take care of the rest of the skis and boots. After a day skiing, 2 of us wanted to change skis. No problem again. That same evening they passed by to change the skis. After a week of skiing they collected the skis and boots just at the time it suited us.

They delivered our skis to our chalet when agreed and collected as soon as we returned from the slopes. The skis were in very good condition. One of our party rented boots and the first pair she tried were a perfect fit (which feels like a minor miracle). We were super impressed with the service.

Could not have been better. Was recommended by the chalet to use SkiDoc, and from start to finish it was faultless. Quick at responding, clear communication, nothing was any hassle, they even gave me two sets to try out as they had a quiet week!
