What an amazing service. Communication before our arrival was excellent to confirm that all was in order and when we could expect delivery of the equipment to our chalet. The he service we received from there on in was second to none. Polite and punctual, excellent equipment and follow up communications to check we were happy with everything after our first day on the slopes. We asked for a half size boot change for one of our party and the new boots were ready as soon as we arrived back from the slopes that afternoon.
Would not hesitate in recommending ski doc and will certainly be using their service again.

just wanted to feedback that Elliot was an absolute superstar. We had a terrible journey and so arrived in not the best form. However Elliot single handedly turned our whole group mood around. Charming, professional and patient and his attention to detail was phenomenal. We all finished the process with very comfy boots and smiles. I would recommend ski doc to everybody on this basis. A huge thank you to him!

What an absolutely fantastic service from booking through to pick up. After a disastrous journey to the chalet it was such a relief to find our ski hire on the boot warmers waiting for us. After a quick fit check we were all set for our lesson the next morning. Great comms throughout checking all was fine and worked well pick up was so smooth we didnt even realise it had happened :) I recommend this service 100% and will definitely be using again on our next trip to Les Arc. Our recent skidoc experience was excellent- they dropped our ski gear direct to our chalet prior to us skiing so no time was lost on the slopes. The equipment was in great condition or nearly new in some cases. They were extremely communicative via text so we knew what was happening and when. We asked to exchange skis for shorter ones after the first day and then larger ski boots after the second day. Both times they were happy to help and dropped alternatives to our chalet at a time convenient to us. Top notch services. Thanks guys!

We’re just back from Les Arcs and used Skidoc for our group of 16 over four families.

Nothing was too much trouble, from easy booking process and payment, to delivery on the first night we arrived.

Then they kept in touch and came back on Monday to fix a few niggles people had with boots that is only to be expected.

We then asked for collection in another part of the resort as we stayed an extra night and moved accommodation - again no problem.

All the guys were really friendly and I’ll definitely use them again if they are in the next resort we visit!!

Great experience all round. Very easy process to order . Really flexible and responsive with questions and issues. Would recommend and not sure I could go back to collecting from ski shops now!

Superb. Ordering process was very straightforward, with quick responses on WhatsApp. We didn't arrive in resort until 9:30 but the technician arrived at 10:00 p.m. to fit skies and boots. They contacted us again to see that everything was all right and arrived on our final day to take everything away, without us even noticing they'd been! And the skis themselves were beautiful, really sharp and well waxed, perfect for the icy conditions.

Skidoc have been brilliant. Technician came with skis on arrival day even after late arrival due to farmers demonstrations. Messaged on day one of skiing to check everything OK.
My daughters own boots gave her problems so we contacted skidoc and they came within 15 minutes with some boots.
Fantastic service and we will use them again.

No brainer to use SkiDoc. Communications great throughout the order process and when I had questions. Also whilst delayed due to Farmers strike on motorways, still arrived the evening before next day skiing so could get going. Checked if all OK during the week and also pick up seamless. Why would you not use these guys. All friendly people. I am recommending to all my ski loving friends.

Quality service - excellent kit that seemed brand new, delivered and collected at my convenience, with offers to come find me at any time if there were any changes needed (which there weren't).

It may be a little more expensive than a traditional hire shop, but there are so many benefits to the personal service. It's a great idea!

Great service. Skis brought to chalet just after we arrived, so we could out skiing straight away. Very friendly service. When a ski broke on the slopes, I was given great help over the phone, and then 40 minutes later a new pair of skis arrived: great service.

Skidoc are brilliant, using up-to-date skis and boots all delivered to your door. We were a family of 10 people staying in a private chalet in Saint Martin De Belleville. Joseph from Skidoc promptly delivered and fitted all our ski equipment. The kit was brilliant unlike some of the older gear often provided by ski rental companies in North America. Skidoc are a first class business and we will use them again.
