The BEST Oh my gosh they saved me from hosting who left my website off-line for ages while they were messed up my files because I couldn't be able to extract them reasonably but these guys saved me within a few hours. My website is live they migrated it, and I'm no longer bleeding rankings avoid hosting /er and definitely use these guys. The customer service is top tier & you actually speak to somebody in the UK. thank you that's right I am well protected I can I work with I keep trying.

So far so good
So far so good. I am moving over 100 websites to SiteGround from my previous hosting. I have changed hosting due to many malware attacks and unhelpful service from my previous hosting.
SiteGround support is easy to reach via telephone and chat and I am surprised that there has never been a queue to reach support agent.
The agents are well mannered, super helpful with sound technical knowledge.

I recommend Siteground.
I always have had a great experience with Siteground. Just had a Customer Support issue. They got on it within 2 minutes, ticket was raised and the Customer Service Chat was over. I have no doubt it'll be fixed by the morning. I've been with them for a few years now, I can't see me leaving. I have no reason to. I recommend Siteground as a Hosting Provider.
Update: 2 minutes later, just checked, and the problem is fixed. (My site was stuck in Backup Creation mode).
Good job, Siteground. This is why I give you my money lol

Excellent customer service
The customer service on this platform is excellent. I have been with Siteground for over a year, very time I have had an issue and contact support, I get help immediately.
I had forgotten to turn off autopayment today and £345 was taken from my account. I nearly had a heart attack! Contacted support, refund sorted out straight away, no problems.
Support always courteous, always helpful, always sorts out any issues I have.
Honestly, trust is hard to find and finding a company you can trust is rare.
Siteground well done, you guys are nailing it with customer service.

Generally OK for the 1st year, but then pricing gets ridiculous, so be mindful of that, as they won't "beat the deal" that other providers offer you. Shame, but I guess that's how it works here.
